Bienvenue à Coco Plum Paradise, situé à Marathon, en Floride - au cœur des Florida Keys.

Cette maison privée de style Key West se trouve directement sur la baie de Bonefish avec de belles vues sur l'eau, des impuretés en eau profonde et un accès direct à l'océan. Une oasis paysagère tropicale avec des cocotiers matures, une piscine creusée privée, un bain à remous, une douche extérieure et une zone de «plage» de sable à quai. Il s'agit d'une maison unifamiliale privée, donc pendant votre séjour, ces équipements sont fournis exclusivement pour vous et vos invités.

Réveillez-vous avec des levers de soleil spectaculaires en regardant les dauphins et les lamantins depuis le grand balcon couvert. Profitez de la pêche depuis le quai. Profitez du soleil de midi tout en vous relaxant au bord de la piscine ou profitez de votre propre sortie paisible en kayak dans la baie. Défiez vos invités à une ronde de ping-pong dans la salle de loisirs fermée en bas qui a un coin salon et un grand réfrigérateur pour se divertir. Il y a même un grand gril à gaz juste à côté de la piscine et de la salle de jeux pour que le chef n'ait pas à quitter les divertissements.

La maison a 2 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bain, salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur pleine grandeur (machine à eau et à glace). Il y a aussi une buanderie intérieure avec laveuse et sécheuse HE de grande capacité.

This was a great house for us for the week. Tons of kitchen items for cooking, loved having the kayaks to use and the pool and hot tub were a plus. It was very clean and a good location being on the water. The 2nd bedroom is really small but my college age kids made it work.

Tropical relaxation and oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Coco Plum Paradise! We picked the location to be centrally located in the Keys and for the amazing views from the backyard. It was like a private resort with pool and hot tub. Plenty of areas to relax and soak up the Florida sun. A lot of attractions to see and explore. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good spot to balance relaxation and adventure.

This house was amazing!!! It was the perfect house for our family’s trip to the Keys. It had everything we needed and more. We swam in the pool everyday, the kids fished from the dock and were quite successful, we watched dolphins swim in the bay, played countless games of ping pong, and relaxed at night in the hot tub. We could not have asked for a better vacation! Greg and Lori were super helpful and were very prompt when we had a question. We would for sure stay here again!!!

Absolutely beautiful house and spot on the bay! Owners responded immediately when we had a question and were very helpful. House is so nice you won’t want to leave-there’s everything here, even fishing poles and tackle box! A store a few doors down has boats, bait and excellent sandwiches!

Just what we wanted!

What a lovely home and property! The outdoor space is so thoughtfully designed with places to lounge in sun and shade. We, as well as our two children, always had something to do between kayaking, fishing, ping pong, and swimming. The grill, hot tub, and local restaurants filled our evenings.The beds and couches were comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the TVs and appliances user friendly with clear directions provided. The hosts were friendly and attentive, and it is clear that considerable effort has been made to ensure guests’ comfort and convenience…accessible charging outlets, blankets for TV time, ample hangers and drawer space, beach chairs, cooler, and sand toys, fishing rods…we had EVERYTHING we needed for a great week. Location is about a 25 minute drive to Islamorada, 20 to Bahia Honda and Big Pine, and about 90 from Key West. A great spot to call home while you explore the area!

Family, Fun & Fishing

We have been to the Keys several times and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The owners were a pleasure to work with and were quick to let us know when the Internet was down. However, we were having so much fun, we never noticed! The house was clean and well organized. There was nothing missing! The pool was great for sunny mornings, the hammock was made for a lazy afternoon after a paddle in the kayaks, and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day on the water. We rented a boat from CoCos down the street and fished off the dock. We also saw dolphins, stingray and a manatee. Having restaurants within walking distance was a bonus!It was truly a perfect vacation! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We didn't want to leave, but are excited for our return trip next year!

Slice of Paradise

We loved our stay at Coco Plum Paradise! The house is in a great location walking distance to two local favorite restaurants as well as our snorkeling/sand bar excursion. The house is perfectly set up with all amenities any family could need. pool, hot tub, hammock were all big hits with our kids. Views were great, we enjoyed kayaking as well. The house is very tastefully decorated and has the perfect amount of beach vibes. Thank you for making your house such an enjoyable place to vacation!

Another great experience

This was our fifth year staying at Coco Plum and we’re already booked for next year. We absolutely love it there and can’t wait to return. This place has it all!

If you ever wanted to treat yourself to a private home, this is it. Pool, hot tub, entertainment room, kayaks, grill and private dock. Enjoyed every amenity and cooked every dinner with locally bought seafood. Owners were a gem to work with! Ate fish we caught from dock two nights. Even a charter boat pulled into area by the dock and caught tarpon. Had a hard time leaving this place. Thanks for letting us rent this piece of paradise for a week!

Breathe of Fresh Air

My husband and I loved this house. In our many stays in Marathon, it was by far our favorite! The host/owner is extremely timely and responsive and the house was set up perfectly. It’s comfy but beachy all at the same time. There are so many personalized touches throughout the property that I swear they didn’t miss a thing! You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into this property and that they care a lot about it. Dolphins and Manatees can be seen In the bay and fishing from the dock is fun too. It definitely doesn’t hurt that you can walk a couple doors down and pick out lobsters to cook for dinner! If we are ever traveling in a small group again, this house will be top of the list!

We have recently retired from the United States Air Force and are currently living in Florida's Space Coast. We love to SCUBA dive, fish and spend time on, in, or beside the ocean. After years of traveling the world, we decided that the Florida Keys is where we’d like to put down roots. We plan to retire to Coco Plum Paradise as soon as we can but hope you enjoy it in the meantime.

Marathon is laid back yet offers everything we need. With its central location, it's a great home base for enjoying all the Keys has to offer. The house is close to shopping, restaurants and bars which was important to us. We intend to spend tons of time on the water so it was also important to have quick access to the ocean. Logistics aside, and though we had a lot of work ahead of us, when we walked through the gate for the first time, we were hooked.
