Three levels of living, oversized deck with breathtaking views of the water and the Providence Yacht Club. Welcome to this brand new townhouse that showcases a brand new kitchen, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fireplace, and a beautiful six person dining room. The master bedroom suite features an amazing low-level platform king size bed, full walk-in closet, full bathroom and the perfect private Juliet balcony where you may enjoy picturesque views of the water and the sun rise or set. The second bedroom also has a serene view and a private full bathroom. The basement is fully finished with a queen size sleeper sofa, the coziest oversized chair, complete laundry room, all impeccably furnished for your enjoyment. There is nothing more amazing than your picture-perfect oversized deck and stamped concrete patio. The deck is completely furnished with with sofa seating and an outdoor dinning table. The below patio also has complete seating into a fully grassed yard.
You will not be disappointed with this amazing Cranston home in historic Pawtuxet Village. You are in walking distance to some of the best restaurants and boutiques, live music and the sweetest ice cream around!

The place was beautiful and the views were incredible. The house was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of room. The house is nicely laid out, and there are plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was really peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and lovely home. Quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood. The photos are accurate. The pillows are a little flat; bring your own if you can. Very nice washer and dryer on the ground level.

Great stop over in Providence

Property is amazing and brand new and had everything we needed for our evening after a long day of travel. Great location overlooking the water and easy access to all the best that Providence has to offer. Recommend this property to anyone.

Easter stay

House was wonderful and had everything we needed! It’s across the street from a historic church with beautiful bells that ring during the day. Views were spectacular! Within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. My kids walked to the water and fished and we did an Easter egg hunt for my youngest in the yard.

Great spot

Great house with amazing views. No hot tub though , please update listing. Lucked out having Gaspee Parade during our visit. Many stores and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Amazing stay!!

This new property is in a quaint town and has amazing water views! We loved the simple,lovely decor and the quiet neighborhood! Every room was cozy and comfortable . Loved the fireplace ! The owner was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us ! We loved the village nearby also. Yummy restaurants and Noon( boutique)

The beds are very comfortable. The entire house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and the view was amazing. It was enjoyable sitting on the deck watching the sailboats, yachts, motorboats, jets, and the "world go by". We had a problem starting up the firepit on the deck and messaged the owner, she responded immediately. We had already fixed the issue and had the pit lit, but she was very quick to answer. There are several restaurants and a few shops nearby.Our only slight issue was the neighbor parking their cars directly behind the driveway making it difficult to pull in and out.

Great views. Walk to town!

Lavonne our hostess was very responsive to our needs and questions. The view from the deck is incredible, and we were lucky enough to see a double rainbow over the water. Planes fly overhead about once every 15 minutes but really not a bother. Would definitely go back!

Golden Girls Prequel Weekend

Brand new unit, felt like we were the first guests to stay there. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in a very cute and quaint area with views of the water. We didn't even mind the planes taxiing out and over the house, 900 ft up. My only complaint is that there should be some type of privacy screening between the 2 units. It was a little uncomfortable to be sharing the deck with the renters on the other side. Oh, and the lawn being mowed on Sat. @ 4:30 pm was a little strange and off putting as well. Other than that, a beautiful, very comfortable stay!

Beautiful home, great location, awesome view!

We had a great stay in Lavonne's recently renovated home, particularly because we had some family members (sister and cousins) right next door! The view was great, amenities were terrific, and the home clean and exceedingly comfortable. The walk to Pawtuxet Village is quick and easy! I particularly appreciated the great water pressure, grill, firepit outdoors, and outdoor seating on the deck. One minor recommendation to the host as room for improvement -- let guests set their own temperature on the thermostat! The thermostat was locked within a 5 degree range and the lowest I was able to turn down the temp. myself was 72 degrees F -- way too warm for both me and my kids. Lavonne did address once I reached out, but not quite in the way I'd hoped-- remotely flipping the thermostat from heat to A/C, but still without me being able to control. What I really wanted was the ability to just lower the set point for the heat to 68, which not only would have been more comfortable to my family but ultimately saved the host money (assuming that's the reason for locking the system down). Only other comment as room for improvement would be to get some nonstick kitchen utensils to use on the nonstick pans, as well as more extensive grill-specific utensils. Aside from those relatively minor inconveniences, however, the stay was terrific and communication was great. Thanks, Lavonne -- would definitely look to return in the future!
