Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located directly on the beach in Panama City Beach, FL. This spacious and inviting unit offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for your next vacation.

The living room and bedrooms are bright and airy, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking ocean views. The comfortable seating area is perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has 2 double beds, allowing everyone to stay in the condo comfortably. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, making this condo perfect for that beach getaway. There are 2 sofa sleepers in the living room.

Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the salty sea breeze and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The unit has a private balcony, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evening.

By renting this unit, you are given full access to the SANDPIPER BEACON BEACH RESORT located directly next door. This access includes indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, waterslides, a lazy river, mini golf, beachside playgrounds, and more!!!!

Located on the 6th floor, this condo is just steps away from the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach. You'll have direct access to the beach, making it easy to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying water sports.

Seachase Condominiums are located on the west end of Panama City Beach, less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Included with this unit are 2 parking passes for parking across the street at the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort. Premium/Covered parking is available on-site, for an additional charge and based on availability. Golf carts are NOT allowed to be parked in the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort parking lot.

Dogs under 15 lbs are permitted in the unit, with an additional per night charge.

Smoking is NOT allowed in this unit.

Awesome property, best thing is definitely the views from the balcony, having access to sandpiper resort was a great addition. Will definitely stay here again

The most Gorgeous view Ever!!!

The room was wonderful plenty of space for everyone. Everyone loved it… the walk to the beach was a breeze. The view was spectacular. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is amazing as well as the property management. All the people we interacted with were delightful. However, the unit is tired. The king bed is either broken or worn out. You could not move without it squeaking and waking you up. The washer is also shot. No matter what we did we could not keep it from walking all over the place. The coffee pot was so small we bought a new one. There are repairs needed in almost every room. While we were there we asked for repair of the door to the balcony, ceiling fans, and the washer. We will not stay at this unit again. Please upgrade so others will not feel this way

Great beach front property!

this condo was a great beach front with breathtaking views! The condo was updated and very clean but the interior furnishings were bare bones and the kitchen was bare bones as far as cooking utensils! There were plates, cups, glasses, silverware and bowls but no blender, cork screw or bottle opener and literally one saucepan and that’s it! When people are at the beach, they like to have those basic supplies! The decor was more like a residence inn lacking personal touch! The pool was fantastic! The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired with heavy noisy traffic on the beach road and literally under construction everywhere!
