The Home:
Beyond Joshua Tree overlooks the entire north Joshua Tree basin and features a dramatic pool and spa with stunning 180-degree views of the surrounding San Jacinto and Big Bear Mountains. The main home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath swathed in vivid electric colors. The interior style is a mix of modern style and Hollywood glam, featuring an impressive collection of major artworks and an industrial/commercial kitchen setup featuring a 6 burner vintage Viking stove and polished concrete floors. The exterior is awash in bubble gum pink and large murals from multiple artists including purported Banksy.

The Studio:
The 1,000 square foot building that served as the recording studio has been converted into a large space for your entertainment. Walk in to discover a decadent foyer with flocked deep purple wallpaper and 2 wine fridges--separate for red and white, of course. The former control room is now a dark and sexy bedroom with black bedding, velvet drapes, infinity mirrored walls and a dripping neon heart. The main recording room blends the qualities of a gentlemen’s lounge, an intimate performance venue, and Twin Peaks One Eyed Jacks. Soft spotlights cast a glow on a platform stage dressed in leopard-print carpet, burgundy drapes line the walls and a professional sound system begs to be played. A dark black lacquered bar and ample seating make this the perfect place to lounge . Get too hot dancing? Take a shower in the attached full bath or simply run outside for a dip in the pool and spa.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire 10 acre property. There is a vintage trailer on property which is a lovely background for personal photos. The interior is not guest-accessible.

Please note:

- Should you wish to have the pool heated during the cooler season, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge of $200 per day (2-day minimum) for this service due to high fuel costs in this area.

- Upon booking, you will receive a link with a request to sign and agree to our house rules, verify your identity, pay our refundable security deposit, and schedule a phone call with our manager. Please note that these steps are required for all guests. All steps must be complete in full prior to check-in.

- The High Desert occasionally has power outages due to its rural nature. We are not responsible for any outages of Southern California Edison or any inconvenience such outage may cause. We will notify you of any planned outages and if requested will attempt to accommodate you elsewhere in the event of a planned outage lasting more than 4 hours. But we do not provide refunds or discounts for power outages that are unplanned.
