The patio area offers plenty of shade to be outdoors with nature as you eat or lounge around. Then come inside the main communal area to cozy up to the indoor fireplace.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the whole property including the casita during your stay with your own personalized door lock code.

Supply Closet is not accessible for guests

Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.



Hot Tub rules:

To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.

Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.



The Neighborhood:

The property sits on 2.5 acres of private land and a whole open desert landscape for your enjoyment. Only one neighbor semi-close by. Super secluded and feels private!



* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.



* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.



Other Things to Note:

PETS - We welcome your furry friends to our home! There is a $100 per pet for the whole trip. Please make sure not to leave them unattended when you leave them at the house alone--cages are preferred.

We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



AMENITIES:

We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!



ENTRY:

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

(SAUNA IS AVAILABLE)

The property sits on 5 acres with a private backyard featuring a hot tub, cowboy pool, hammocks, tanning chairs, outdoor dining, propane grill, fire pit, lounging areas, sauna and more!



PARKING:

The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles.



THE DRIVE:

The drive does require driving on a .4 miles of dirt road through the desert. I recommend a 4-wheel drive car however any car should be able to make it there.



EV Charger:

It's Level 2, type j1772, 50 AMPS. Needs an adaptor that comes with the Tesla by default (SAE J1772 Charging Adapter)



INTERNET:

The house has good internet access. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

KITCHEN:

◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

Fenced yard: Fully fenced

Outdoor Surveillance: There's a security camera pointed at the gate.

Cell phone coverage: T-Mobile may some times have issues with cell coverage

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: .4 miles of dirt roads, some spots may be difficult for low riding car



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.



-Cowboy Tub Availability-

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.



● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.

● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.

● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

● Children must be supervised at all times.

● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.



Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa.
