Cette superbe maison haut de gamme est entiÚrement meublé avec un plan d'étage ouvert dans un style ßle tropicale.

Nous sommes situés dans un emplacement idéal et pratique sur la cÎte caraïbe calme, juste au nord de la colonie pittoresque de Gregory Town Eleuthera aux Bahamas.

Superbe emplacement de la villa est commode de 2 aĂ©roports de Eleuthera, plages de sable rose, fabuleux restaurants et des boutiques. La ville de Gregory est la maison du cĂ©lĂšbre festival d'ananas, de la plage de Surfers, du restaurant et du centre de villĂ©giature de l'anse plus Sunset Grill oĂč vous pouvez voir des exĂ©cutions locales.

Vous allez adorer les vues spectaculaires sur la mer des Caraïbes avec les eaux turquoises. Il est l'une des meilleures zones de plongée en apnée autour. Profitez de kayak ou de détente sur la plage.

We ate breakfast and dinner in and found the kitchen had everything (except a machete to open coconuts lol!) we need. Lunches out gave us a chance to meet locals and try great seafood. We also used the outings to check out other beaches. Wallace the property manager was so helpful and helped us with a rental car that could hold 6 as well as introduced us to Forster who brought us local fish fillets and lobster to cook.The home has kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling gear, floats and boogie board. Wow! It was the best family vacay because there are options to rest or be active right there on the property.

Perfect Location and Property

Stayed 10 days end of March 2025. The location, house and property were perfect for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the many beautiful beaches and local eateries in the area. We are already planning a return trip in 2026.

Great views and snorkeling

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. We explored the island and several different beaches, but the best snorkeling was by far in the cove behind the house. The views were stunning. We ate at Daddy Joes restaurant down the street several times and loved every meal. The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need
.beach towels, coolers, snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards and floats. Wallace was very helpful though we really didn’t need much.

Stay was beautiful!

House had all we needed. The snorkeling steps out the back door was some of the best fish around. Light switches were tricky figuring out. Kitchen well stocked and a large number of pots and pans, but most were unusable. A stainless steel pot and pan would be great, but that is just what I’m used to. Would definitely stay here again.Lovely home and our stay was fantastic!

The best escape in the Bahamas

We loved our stay at Tequila Sunset. The house is right by the water. Swimming at Sunset was magical. The host is very responsive, kind and helpful. Highly recommend her place. Make sure to explore the island, Spanish Wells, Harbor Island while you’re there.

Family get together at Tequila Sunset!

Large property with a lot of room to enjoy family time. Great deck and private beach access, fantastic snorkeling right off the beach! close to north Eleuthera airport and sight seeing areas. Throughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Will be back soon!

Wonderful location, well appointed home.

Enjoy our stay. With a beach and Oleander reef just steps away the large 3 bedroom house is wonderful for 2-3 couples or large family. A large kitchen allows for the option of eating in, or reheating food from one of the local restaurants

The location and views were absolutely breath taking! We were only a couple of min from other amazing views, beaches, and really cool things to do. Every thing was very functional we were 15 min from a grocerey store and all the surrounding neighbors were kind and told us alot about yhe area.

Great location!

We loved our stay in Gregory Town. Its hard to find a house on the sunset side and this place was perfect. Great snorkeling right out the front door, and so close to the town. Junkanoo in Gregory Town this year was an added bonus! Wallace and Rena were so easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Really impressed with the location and views. We all enjoyed the amenities, especially the water equipment and the kitchen, with everything one needs, except the groceries! Saw some amazing wildlife while snorkeling right off the beach, steps away. Would definitely return!!

Incredible View

I stayed at Tequila Sunset with my family of 6 and it was a perfect home! It had plenty of space to spread out for private time but also was cozy enough for us all to play games together. The best part about the house was the view! Picture perfect sunsets every night and an incredible cove to snorkel in every day. We will be returning!

We have been married for over 36 years.

Tequila Sunset was purchased by us for a vacation getaway and our retirement home for the future.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We traveled through out the Bahamian islands for years together and always dreamed of having our own place to come back to every year.

During our many travels we were finally asked what is it that you want exactly for a vacation home? We said quiet, laid back, not too built up but has necessities and great beaches.
That is how we landed in Eleuthera. No regrets!

The island is very safe and the people are so friendly.

We finally bought our piece of paradise and we want to share it with others.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When we first pulled up to our property we knew this is where we wanted to be.

The water views from the kitchen, living room etc.. sold us.

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room to entertain.

We have the best snorkeling right outside the house.

The fishing is great and kayaking is awesome in this area.

The sunsets are the best right from the patio.

Every night we meet on the patio (alone or with friends) and enjoy our shot of tequila with the beautiful sunset.
