This condo is part of Kaab South Beach, a complex that sits about three blocks from the white-sand beach. On the grounds, you'll have access to the rooftop pool, hot tub, and expansive lounge space overlooking the sea, as well as a fitness center and a sauna for your morning sweat sessions. The building is right next door to the Paseo del Carmen Shopping Mall and less than a mile from bustling Quinta Avenida. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).

After a day spent at the beach, walk home to be greeted by an air-conditioned living space full of chic, contemporary style. Fix a few appetizers and cold drinks in the well-equipped kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a two-burner cooktop, and a coffee maker) and bring them outside to the private balcony overlooking the interior courtyard.
