IMPORTANT NOTE: We have two houses on the property and this listing is for the MAIN HOUSE ONLY. The guest house is rented separately, and outdoor amenities may be shared with other guests. For full privacy and exclusive use of the entire property, we recommend reserving the entire property.

This is not a white picket fence neighborhood, but that’s why we love it! This home is tucked away on the lake behind a gate. You won't find any other houses like this as close to the heart of the city!

It's more suited for adults than kids, although, there's plenty for kids to do once you get here.

The Space:
- Ultimate relaxation with pool, hot tub & sauna. 🏊‍♂️🛁🧖‍♂️ (pool heater available upon request for $69/day, charged for entire stay).
- You can also rent our water sports package for $25/day, which includes two stand up paddleboards.
- Paddle board, bocce ball, fire pit, putting green available. 🏄‍♂️🔥⛳
- Lake access for fishing (jet ski rentals are through a third-party provider and need to be booked separately, depending on the availability.) 🎣🚤

Accommodations:
1st Floor:
- The Blue Room: Queen bed, private bathroom
- The Pink Room: Queen bed
- Living Room: Pull-out sofa
Upstairs:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, private bathroom
- Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 6)

House Rules:
- Maximum of 12 guests; exceeding this number incurs an event fee.
- $500 security deposit required.
- No parties or events without prior approval; unauthorized events will forfeit the deposit.
- No smoking indoors; $200 fine for violations.
- Excess noise after 10 pm prohibited (city ordinance).
- Proper disposal of garbage required; $50 fee for improperly disposed trash
- A fee of $150 will be charged if the hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned due to misuse.
- There’s a $25 cleaning fee for grill use.
- Amenities are rented on a first-come, first-served basis because it is a shared common area.

-Clear Lake Casa is brought to you by Orlando Epic Rentals, a locally owned and operated company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality. To ensure convenience, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, dish sponge, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and facial soap for our guests. For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional supplies to meet your specific needs.

-No unauthorized parties or events allowed please. Someone may be on property during check in to verify identification.

-Excess noise after 10 pm is against city ordinances and therefore not allowed.

-Kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.

-The property has outdoor security cameras for your safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit.

-This is a vintage home. While occasional hiccups may occur, our team is on call to address anything quickly and ensure a comfortable stay. Please note that non-working amenities do not constitute a refund.

-Our tropical environment may bring about encounters with critters and insects. While we have monthly pest maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.

-Please do not leave garbage around the property, the raccoons may tear it open which will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

-A security deposit of $500.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.

-Payment processors charge a 3% fee. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window you will still be charged a 3% fee.*

-Pool heat is available as an optional add-on and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. It cannot be requested for individual day(s) only.

-Since our electric pool heater relies on ambient air it may automatically pause for safety if outside temperatures drop below 55°F. In this case, we will refund the specific pool heating fee for the affected days. No refunds or adjustments will be made to the nightly rental rate.
