I built my dream vacation home in my favorite city, Downtown Orlando. I’m so happy to share it with you. My house is modern, Zen and extremely clean. The kitchen is stunning, a must see. I love meeting new people and creating spaces for them to make memories. My house definitely reflects my personality. I’m very respectful and considerate. I expect the same in return. PLEASE NO GUESTS UNDER 30!!!! If requested, Drivers license may be required to confirm ages of booked guests. No additional guests are allowed on the property at anytime. This is a NON- SMOKING property. I am unable to host outside smokers. I am highly allergic. Very sorry and thank you for understanding.

2021 Brand new construction. Total property is a 2/2 house with a Studio apartment on top of a two car garage in Downtown Orlando’s Milk district. Each unit books separately. The area between the two homes may potentially be shared. This would include the hot tub, and grill area. There is no guest parking on the property. This is downtown Orlando. There is plenty of street parking directly in front of house. There is also a parking lot across the street with over 50 spots available. There is a camera on the front of the house pointed at parking areas for extra security.
