Hey Gary, Orlando is a melting pot of cultures and ethnicities. Not everyone looks or dresses the same, and I'm sorry that scared you. Everyone we've ever taken the time to talk to in the area has been super nice. The benefit of the house is that it's centrally located close to everything in Orlando and it's on a lake, so there will always be a bit of give and take. Best of luck in the future

Since you've checked out, we've redone the landscaping, the backsplash, and bought new furniture. We plan to continue buying new furniture and doing incremental improvement until everything has been completely renovated. Our handyman checked the electronic main door lock and found it to be functioning properly, opening it without any issues. We are sorry to hear about your discomfort with the upstairs AC. We wish we had known about this problem during your stay so we could have resolved it immediately for you. The issue with the gate is concerning, and we appreciate your patience in dealing with it. We had this fixed on your departure for our next guests. Regarding the outdoor security cameras, we want to assure you that their presence is clearly stated in our listing for the safety and security of our guests.
