The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious 12â king hybrid mattress, ensuite bathroom, two spacious closets, blackout curtains, and a private ensuite bathroom with a spa-like standing shower. The second bedroom includes a cozy 12â queen hybrid mattress and its own ensuite bathroom with a relaxing shower/tub combo. For added flexibility, the third floor offers two high-quality Twin XL folding beds with memory foam mattresses â perfectly sized and comfortable for adults.

This home features 2.5 bathrooms, each thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your stay. Both bedrooms on the second floor offer private ensuite bathroomsâone with a spa-like standing shower and the other with a convenient shower/tub combo. For added ease, a half bathroom is located on the first floor.
â§ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA â§
The first floor boasts an open-concept layout that seamlessly combines the spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need, including a coffee maker (with coffee, creamer, and sugar provided), hot water kettle, stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and all essential cookware and utensils.
The living area features a cozy L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV with Roku for streaming your favorite shows, and a dining table with seating for four. Perfect for shared meals or casual gatherings.
â§ OUTSIDE SPACE â§
Step outside to your private patioâa peaceful retreat designed for relaxation and connection. Enjoy a delicious meal cooked on the brand-new propane grill, gather around the dining table for four under the umbrella, and unwind beneath the soft glow of charming string lights. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or savoring a sunset dinner, this outdoor space is the perfect place to recharge.
Guest access
You will have full access to the unit including the private parking space in front of the garage. Please note that you must approach the parking spot at an angle, so as not to block our neighbor's driveway.
Other things to note
⊠While the condo doesnât share any floors or ceilings with neighbors, it does share walls on two sides. The building is well insulated, but occasional sounds from neighboring units may be heard.
⊠Please also note that neighbors may occasionally pass through the patio to collect packages that are mistakenly delivered there. Thanks for your understanding!
⊠For parking, be sure to approach the spot at an angle to avoid blocking our neighborâs driveway.
