This single-story home is minutes from downtown, campus, and the Big House! The home is tucked away off of the main street, making life in an unfamiliar area easy & convenient. The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance.

This single-family ranch-style home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short drive to all things Ann Arbor.

The home was recently updated with a simple and clean design in mind, featuring new vinyl flooring, paint, decorations, and kitchen appliances. The three upstairs bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen, and two twin beds which together can comfortably sleep six guests. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen, a small living space, and an additional full bath. In the upstairs living/dining area, you will find tons of natural light! Enjoy a cup of coffee out from on the porch at the coffee table. All the upstairs bedrooms are easily accessible for those who have problems getting around.

Additionally, guests are welcome to pass through the garage and enjoy the private backyard space featuring a BBQ grill, a firepit with lawn chairs, and a grass area for fun and games!

Great place for graduation gathering

This place was roomy and well stocked. We had no problems and actually never communicated with the host. The instructions from the website were sufficient. The location was great. Neighborhood quiet.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Ann Arbor. Family of four and we needed a place to recoup as we had a loved one undergo major surgery at the hospital that week. It was wonderful to come back to a nice home and be able to relax and take our mind off things. The house was clean and well stocked with all necessities that we needed.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed here while my mom had surgery at U of M. Needless to say it was a stressful time, but the house provided a bit of peace while we navigated everything. The house is super cute and comfy, and close it literally everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and had a ton of people walking/ running during the day. The projector wasn’t available while we were there, but the upstairs TV was enough for us. Jordan was great and super helpful with questions. We would definitely stay again!

Great play to stay while visiting my son at college. The property is close to campus and has plenty of space for the whole family. Was able to bring our dog which made our son very happy:)

Great Place for U of M Football Weekend!

We had a great time at Jordan’s place. It was very easy check in and clean upon arrival. Jordan was very responsive. The backyard space is great and very spacious inside, more than enough room for our 6 guests. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Ann Arbor!

Great house for our family for our sons wedding

The house is much larger than it appears from the outside. Spacious rooms and can easily sleep 8-10 people. Very clean and the location is perfect for anything you plan to do in Ann Arbor.

Conference getaway

Looks can be deceiving! With a finished basement, two bedrooms, a living room, and a full bathroom downstairs, this house can comfortably host up to eight guests. The backyard is fenced in, making it dog friendly, and a great spot for a tailgate with guests of the visit.
