This spacious 4 Bedroom home is just mere steps from Kerrytown, the hospital and a few blocks from Ann Arbor's Main Street restaurant scene, shops and nightlife. This home with an open floorpan offers plenty of space for large family or family gatherings. Enjoy this remote woodsy neighborhood in the middle of Ann Arbor and have a BBQ on the private deck.

The unit is one side of a duplex with 4 bedrooms, a spacious open living and dining area leading to a nice elevated deck surrounded by woods.

All 4 bedrooms are upstairs as well as a full bathroom with a tub.

The ground floor features a large living and dining area, a Kitchen with all new appliances, a half bath and secluded deck.

Great for groups

In addition to the 4 bedrooms are 3 futon couches in the living area, which can be utilized as additional sleeping options. Each of them folds out to a shorter version full size bed. Plenty of extra bedding is available to ensure groups have a comfortable stay. This AirBnb is licensed for 4 unrelated occupants max. License Number: STR22-4246

Amazing spot and so easy 


Wonderful location, all the amenities, even a grill and they left us coffee and banana bread! Great extra spaces to sleep so kids could have own beds, and warm and cozy. Would for sure stay again and highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We booked this property for a family gathering. The location was perfect. We were close to everything we needed in Ann Arbor and had plenty of room for 5 adults. (There was actually room for more). We had a very pleasant stay.

Great place for family get-together

Quiet neighborhood. Unit was outstanding for our needs with four bedrooms plus a basement room and office. Many helpful condiments, coffee provided. A/C worked great.

Great for football weekend

A group of U of M alums stayed at the house. It was great for us to get dinners on main street and get to the game. Very responsive hosts. Lot of space in the home for our group of 6

Nice place for small a group of friends

The stay was a good time. Only thing I wished was that there was a yard to have access too. The city actually posted that “the weeds and grass were too tall” warning on the door while we were there.

Great large home, perfect for groups!

What a well supplied home! We had everything we needed for our stay for my extended family. The host took care to have lots of great extras to make the stay even better such as extra blankets, pillow options, toiletries, condiments, great coffee options, etc. Loved having the two separate living areas, a bit table and lots of seating....it's a perfect setup for a larger group. Easy to walk around town and a safe area. Will definitely stay again on our next trip into town.

Great duplex. Great owner. Nice place.

Great duplex. 4 bedrooms with large beds. Large party room in basement . Only one mile to Michigan league in center of campus. All great. Only issue, —immediate proximity to freight train line meant brief loud train at midnight Thursday night and 3am Friday night.no train on Saturday night.

Great for families

We had 9 family members representing 3 generations. The Grandkids took over the basement area for playing and sleeping. We all enjoyed the 1st level with the open concept with enough room for us all. The bedrooms upstairs were fine. The kitchen area was big enough with new appliances. There were enough chairs for everyone around the dining table. Couldn't have been better!

A large and comfortable AA home

I rented this home for a group of sports officials. We found it perfect for our needs. It was great to have two living areas, and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood near downtown. The host was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check-in early. We had to deal with an ice storm during our time there, and lots of branches fell on the wooded property. The hosts replied to our concerns and came out in the morning to check things out.

Perfect Solution

We had family descending on Ann Arbor for a happy gathering, and we were looking for lodging for a group where people could hang out with each other, talk, and rest, when they were not doing other activities in town. The "Red House" served perfectly, and is in a part of town convenient to downtown and our events. The kitchen is ample and the basement was good overflow. So much better than renting separate rooms in a hotel! Everyone who stayed there was pleased. My communications with our host were terrific - she was clear, responsive, and friendly. I appreciated her letting me take a quick tour ahead of time so I could get a sense of the place.

This house was the perfect spot for us for a U of M game! The walk to the stadium wasn’t bad at all, it was fun to pop into the local shops & look around on our way back too!The kitchen had lots of plates, cups, silverware & even coffee thankfully because we forgot to bring ours!The beds were super comfortable & the layout of the house is perfect for big groups or multiple families! With 4 bedrooms & a full bathroom upstairs, a huge open concept living room & dining room perfect for playing games/cards & lots of seating. A half bath off the kitchen and then a big basement with tons more seating/sleeping options and another beautiful full bath!The hosts are great! Easy to contact, should you need to but we didn’t have any reason to in our 3 day stay. There were lots of towels for showers & everything was clean & ready for us.We liked the book that went over the house rules (completely reasonable/what you would expect) and checkout guidelines.We will stay here again for sure! Excellent property- 6 fraternity brothers from the 60's reunited for homecoming. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Was very clean and well stocked. Wasn't far from EMU and had everything we needed.
