Big, very private country house where everyone can finally get together đŸ€™đŸŒ

Long story short, I built this house so my family and friends can all get together in one place. I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. There’s room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars you’ve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. If you’ve got a big group, this is your place.

The house was so well appointed and there was a great deal of room The rooms are spacious and plenty of beds. The kitchen was particularly grand with lots of space with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two ovens. Great for large groups. We brought in our food and did all our meals at the house. The drive up to the house is a bit "crazy" but once arriving it is very nice. Don't let the drive keep you from this wonderful getaway home.

This is a great place for a large group or family gathering. We spent most of our time in the oversized kitchen, which features two of everything. It’s extremely private but still close to a grocery store and other conveniences. Owner was extremely accommodating and helpful.

My family stayed here during our daughter’s wedding weekend. The wedding was at Toccoa Falls which is an absolutely stunning waterfall. My family raved about the spaciousness of the home. They were able to squeeze in some hiking in addition to attending the wedding events.

Christmas 2024 in Toccoa

We needed a place to meet together as a family over Christmas. This place met our needs perfectly. We had space, entertainment (hiking trail, pool table, air hockey), big TV. Kitchen was fantastic with 2 dishwashers and a big wall oven and gas stovetop. Plenty of seating, and space. All appliances worked as stated. Marc is the best! What a great host. No hesitation needed, just book it!

Wonderful Experience

The house is very impressive with a sizable yard, numerous sleeping accommodations, and various entertainment options. The secluded property is in a nicely wooded area with wildlife nearby.

Family Wedding Retreat

Marc is super accessible and professionally acommodating. We went down for a wedding and had 14 people, 8 adults and 6 children. Kitchen is amazing and well stocked for large groups. excellent getaway

We had an excellent time! Marc was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is very spacious for a group of 12, and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Plenty of games and activities located at the house, along with all the kitchenware we could ever need. We did not need to leave throughout our stay! Definitely recommend for any occasion.

Pre-wedding overnight family stay

We needed a home for our extensive family to stay in the night before our daughter’s wedding on the Chatooga River the next morning. This home was perfect! Lots of beds. A comfortable kitchen and 30 minutes from the river. This area is very special to us and the ability to stay in the middle of it really meant a lot to us.

Perfect for our bass fishing team!
