Belle maison au bord du lac 5BR / 3BA sur un morceau paisible du lac Hartwell à Lavonia, GA. Notre maison est familiale et parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou des week-ends de football Clemson. Jusqu'à 15 personnes. Wifi gratuit. Récemment peint et mis à jour. Intérieur moderne à la décoration unique. 4 téléviseurs avec cùble. Dans la chambre principale, il y a un lit King. Dans les quatre chambres secondaires, il y a 5 lits queen et un lit simple. Canapé-lit dans la salle familiale au sous-sol. Laveuse / sécheuse Grande vue sur le lac. Grande terrasse pour se divertir. Cheminée intérieure Quai privé pour la navigation de plaisance / natation. Foyer avec TV extérieure. 1/2 mile de la rampe de bateau Franklin Co. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

We had a great weekend at your beautiful home! We had everything we needed, plenty of bath towels, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals! Plenty of comfortable sitting in living room and beds to accommodate the 12 of us. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay again!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay for the 4th of July weekend. Lance was a very responsive and kind host, the dock is clean and lovely, and the home was exactly as described with everything we needed. Plenty of room to park in the driveway and a spacious property overall. Look forward to next time!

We had a wonderful family gathering at this property. There was room for everyone! The house was clean and stocked with the basics. The dock is absolutely beautiful and big! We rented a boat for a few days. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Large multi-state small family reunion

The pre-stay communication was perfect, the property was large, clean, prepared, beautiful and exactly what was described - but better!! All of the group wants to return to the property again for another getaway.

We love this property!

We always enjoy our yearly lake trip with friends. This house had the perfect lay out for 3 couples and 5 kids. Our teens loved their own hang out space and we played games in the large family room. The dock is wonderful with deep water for jumping and diving. It’s tucked into a little cove so great for floating too. The dock has plenty of chairs, shade and table. We loved our stay and will probably be back next year!

Amazing time at the Lake

The property was perfect for our group. We had an extended family camping trip planned in FL which was cancelled by a hurricane. We booked this house as a backup plan and couldn't be more please with our stay!

Really enjoyed everything about our stay. Easy lake access. Just a short drive from Atlanta. We really enjoyed being able to watch Saturday night football while enjoying the fire pit! Would definitely come back again and again

Family weekend

The home was beautiful. Rooms were great and plenty of space. The back deck was a great way to relax and see the water .. the dock was awesome .. and home owner was great to work with and quick to respond with any questions ! I highly recommend this property

Lakeside retreat

We rented the house for a Clemson weekend. Our only regret is that we didnt have more time to enjoy the house and lake. Hope to go back one day!

Nice property but a bit disappointing

The house and lake is beautiful! We were disappointed with the availability of communication with the host, and running out of propane on our first night. If you choose this property be prepared to being every item you will use on your trip including towels for the lake.

Staff Retreat

The house was perfect for our staff retreat. Enough space to sit in a large group (15) or break away into smaller groups for privacy. We enjoyed the dock and the lake.

Great lake house- deep water cove

Great location on deep water cove, private dock, beautiful home not too far from I-85. Plenty of parking Was perfect for our crew of 8 adults and 2 children!! Would certainly recommend. The Franklin Co Boat Ramp is literally around the corner.

Beautiful Lake House

Ended 2023 and started 2024 in this beautiful lake house. Plenty of room for the whole crew! Great outdoor space for hanging out. Everything was perfect for us!

Beautiful Views and Perfect Setting

Incredible property in a peaceful location, a quiet cove. The home was incredibly comfortable and the views from the living room and kitchen were gorgeous! The pictures don't do the location justice. We had everything we needed for the perfect trip and we'd definitely consider returning to this property.

89th Birthday/Mother Daughter Retreat

We celebrated our mom's 89th birthday and "All" had an excellent time. Things that were left like scissors, fire starters, etc...were all there for us to use. The place was excellent!! Can't wait to return!!
