Belle maison au bord du lac 5BR / 3BA sur un morceau paisible du lac Hartwell à Lavonia, GA. Notre maison est familiale et parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou des week-ends de football Clemson. Jusqu'à 15 personnes. Wifi gratuit. Récemment peint et mis à jour. Intérieur moderne à la décoration unique. 4 téléviseurs avec câble. Dans la chambre principale, il y a un lit King. Dans les quatre chambres secondaires, il y a 5 lits queen et un lit simple. Canapé-lit dans la salle familiale au sous-sol. Laveuse / sécheuse Grande vue sur le lac. Grande terrasse pour se divertir. Cheminée intérieure Quai privé pour la navigation de plaisance / natation. Foyer avec TV extérieure. 1/2 mile de la rampe de bateau Franklin Co. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Girls’ Weekend: We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we came back again this year. The house is on the water with a large dock where you can sit in chairs in the sun or under the covered roof. There is plenty of seating for everyone whether we are sitting in the living room or dining room. This was perfect for adults where none of the beds were bunk beds. There was plenty of parking and the house was clean. I did notice this year that the home had some maintenance completed and some upgrades from last year. We love this place so much that we will be coming back every year.

We loved our stay at this spacious lake home. It was perfect for our large family - with plenty of room in the kitchen and den, plenty of bedrooms and beds, and two refrigerators! Sitting on the deck was also lovely. A beautiful, quiet spot on Lake Hartwell.

Beautiful Lake House, Very Spacious. Accommodates a large party with comfort. We loved the deck and dock. Quiet neighborhood. Parking was fantastic with room for several vehicles. Lance was great to work with.

Overall it was great. Hard to park trucks with boat trailers. Narrow road and neighbors keep vehicles parked in front of their houses and driveways so you don’t have space to go forward and back in, that and it was pouring rain when we arrived. Kitchen could use some upgrades in pots and pans and service for 15 as indicated. Dock was wonderful.

We had a great weekend at your beautiful home! We had everything we needed, plenty of bath towels, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals! Plenty of comfortable sitting in living room and beds to accommodate the 12 of us. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay again!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay for the 4th of July weekend. Lance was a very responsive and kind host, the dock is clean and lovely, and the home was exactly as described with everything we needed. Large multi-state small family reunion

The pre-stay communication was perfect, the property was large, clean, prepared, beautiful and exactly what was described - but better!! All of the group wants to return to the property again for another getaway.

We had a wonderful family gathering at this property. There was room for everyone! The house was clean and stocked with the basics. The dock is absolutely beautiful and big! We rented a boat for a few days. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing time at the Lake

The property was perfect for our group. We had an extended family camping trip planned in FL which was cancelled by a hurricane. We booked this house as a backup plan and couldn't be more please with our stay!
