Welcome to our beautiful, paradise home in the charming, private community of Briarwood, Naples, only a few miles away from the beaches, upscale Waterside shopping mall, and fine dining in Downtown. You will enjoy waking up to gorgeous water views as you experience the lovely Florida weather all year around. The community has beautiful landscaping, friendly neighbors and is great for jogging/walking or walking the dog. It also has 24/7 guarded gate & security which constantly monitor the premises. Other community amenities include 2 heated community pools, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and children’s playground.

Newly remodeled, stylish yet comfortable, family home equipped with everything you need for making this vacation your best vacation ever. The open floor plan living room flows out to a large and fully furnished private patio and pool area, enjoy the stunning lake view with plenty of sun at the solar heated salt water pool. There’s enough room for sunning in lounge chairs, or for dining and entertaining under the umbrella seating for 6-8 while watching the sunset. A BBQ grill is provided for your convenience. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern cooking appliance. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, private bath with separate shower and soaking tub. The 2 guest bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and 2 twin sized beds.

This house was a good find in a beautiful neighborhood. It was very clean and mostly updated except for the patio, which does need some work. The pool itself is lovely although not heated. The view is wonderful! Watching all the ducks and birds who came to the pond was a real treat.

It was our second stay in this great house. Everything went smoothly. The house is beautiful. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the lake. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything. There are many towels and even shampoo and shower gel. We are happy to come back at any time. The landlord answers all questions immediately and gives tips on what to do in the area. The house is located in a beautiful community and is close to all the sights.

Family Oasis

My family and I had such a fun and relaxing stay. The property was clean, well decorated, spacious, in a beautiful neighborhood with amenities, and had a beautiful view in the backyard. The owner was prompt with responses and very accommodating. We will definitely rent here again! Such a relaxing time!

Great Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a month!! Working with Alice the host, was such a pleasure. We had a small glitch with the pool when we got there, we contacted Alice and she addressed it immediately. The house and the neighborhood was perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

The location is perfect! Quiet gated neighborhood with very nice private community Pickleball courts. Easy drive to freeway and the beach. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Nice pool area and the house was equipped with everything we needed for a week stay for 4 adults. The owner was very quick to respond with communication when needed. Would stay again.

Good Location

We have stayed several times in Briarwood already, as we like the location. We've had better and worse houses. This house is smaller as most other houses, but was still big enough for us. One thing we didn't like were the beds, the mattresses were way too hard for us.

We enjoyed our stay and feel that the property was excellent. Alice was always responsive and helpful in the couple of times we had to check with her. It fulfilled our needs as a place to stay while we were househunting. It was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was very clean and pleasant.

Three college friends on a 4 day golf "tour". The house was very well located and clean. The pool is on the small side but one can get a swim in. Alice was super easy to contact when we had a cable TV issue. She personally resolved it. We will come back next year.

An Amazing Home

I traveled with my husband and 86 year old mom. We came for a few days before heading for a week on Captiva. The home is in a quiet, gated community. The home is charming, cozy and spotlessly clean. While we did not cook, the home is equipped with everything needed to make a great meal. The decor is lovely. The pool/outdoor area was great. The pool was a great temperature. This home is all one level which is great for my mom who has some mobility issues. Alice, the owner, was also a pleasure to deal with. Quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will be back!

Absolutely Loved It!

This was my best house-vacation stay ever - the house is in a great location, close to the beach and the town centre as well as many other things, and located in a great closed-gate community that is just idyllic - friendly, clean, calm, and beautiful! The cleanliness of the house is unbelievable (and I am German) - everything was spotless! All the furniture, facilities, and fittings are exactly as described. The house has so many amazing thoughtful details - from a first aid kit to coasters, extra blankets, a rocking chair, beautiful lit (at night) pool, and so much more! The view from the terrace is to die for - the lake attracts so many birds and animals, they were amazing to watch (ibises, turtles, a racoon, a squirrel, butterflies, egrets, herons - its like a mini zoo!). The owner is very kind, warm, well organized and professional - Alice responded to any messages within seconds, and was very thoughtful and generous. I enjoyed the house so much that I barely left to go anywhere else! Love love love it, and will be back 100%. Thank you Alice!

Extremely Dirty

We were exceptionally disappointed with the property. We were told that the cleaners had just left before checkin. When we got there, there was a dead cockroach on the living room floor, crumbs and food on the counters. We got dishes out to find that they had food caked on them. There was hair caked on the coffee pot. The pots and pans were unusable. I got in touch with the owner and she had her property manager drop off a pan that was just as bad. The house was filthy. We weren’t sure that the beds had been changed. I requested a full refund because of the condition. We booked another place but weren’t able to get in till the next morning. The owner refused to give us a full refund, still is trying to charge us for a night plus fees. We were extremely disappointed. They clearly aren’t keeping up with this home

Too hot for breakdown of air conditioning

We came to Florida to celebrate our daughters wedding. The air conditioner broke on Friday in 90 degree temperatures and the property manager did not want to leave her daughters golf tournament to let in the workers to fix it. We were asked to let them in or she would have to set up another time to fix it meaning we would spend another night in the heat. We should have been offered somewhere else to stay. Instead of getting ready on my daughters big day we were sweating it out waiting on a tech to fix it. We had to go to the wedding and get ready at the venue as the house was too hot. She dropped by and shoved $75 in the front door before we left thinking that was enough of a recompense for ruining our stay. It is not her fault it broke on such hot temperatures. It is not okay that she was at her daughters golf tournament telling me to let a tech in the door to fix a problem she should have done herself. I would not rent if I had it to do all over again. Some moments in life you can’t get back. 😞

We had a great time in Naples. This location was perfect and being in the gated community with the pool and Pickleball courts was wonderful. Alice was a very responsive host! The location of the house to downtown, the zoo, and multiple parks is perfect if you have younger kids. Also, the beds were very comfortable!
