Welcome to your beachfront paradise highlighting the most GORGEOUS view of the ocean! This condo offers exclusive private access to the beach and is conveniently located right next door to the very popular Wanna Wanna Beach Bar! The large bedroom is furnished with two new queen beds, while the living room boasts a comfortable full-sized sofa bed! Both areas come complete with a 4K-HD Smart TV. Enjoy the convenience of our private parking lot directly in front of the building, providing one parking space per guest.

Pet lovers are welcome! Please note a pet fee of $75 per pet. VRBO charges for the first pet only, and we will send an additional request for $75 per extra pet beyond the first.

**The Space

It's all about the BREATHTAKING beach view! You'll be in awe of this newly designed Mid-Century Boho space, with comfortable beds, chairs, and more to ensure a stylish and comfortable stay.

You'll want to spend lots of time on the balcony taking in the ocean view while sitting in the Adirondack chairs and sipping on a cold drink!

The private beach access is just an elevator ride away, as are the oversized heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.

Nothing beats the luxury of private beach access—just seconds from your door to the sandy shore!

**Guest access

You will have access to all of condo 302, plus common areas: coin or app operated laundry rooms (one on the 1st floor, one on the 3rd floor), patio area with swimming pool and hot tub, one parking space (not assigned, use any available spot MUST have parking permit and a spot is NOT guaranteed), lawn in back, fish-cleaning station and private stairs/path to beach.

You may be required to provide valid ID and pay a security deposit. Pets have a $75 per pet fee.

We recommend you purchase your own travel insurance.

✔ La Internacional has a very nice pool which is heated in the winter.
✔ AC and heating is available.
✔ The space is professionally cleaned after each stay.
✔ Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the building.
✔ There are cameras at every entrance/exit facing outwards from the home. Cameras and the internet may not be covered, turned off, or manipulated in any way.
✔ We recommend you purchase your own travel insurance.
