-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)


Private swimming pool is heated at no additional cost to the guests between the months of November and April.. Heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may be below 85 degrees. Pool is serviced once every week. Vendors like landscaper, pool service and pest control may need access to front and backyard during your stay.
