Beach access is perfect. Great for elderly that can use the 1st level bedroom suite out to the beach and to your vehicle. Also, loved the washers and dryers for all the bed,room areas. Only downside was we needed washcloths and dish towels.. Had to wash for all of us to shower. Definitely hope to return soon! It's for Sale and really have considered it with all my siblings.

The overall stay was good. There were some maintenance issues that I made the owner aware of for the next tenant. Rooms were smaller than what was in the pictures so we had to readjust the sleeping situation a bit. No closets except a small one in the master bedroom so really nowhere to hang clothes. Had to buy a broom and some laundry baskets. The host was very easy to communicate with.

The house was GORGEOUS. My family had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would recommend to anyone renting this house is to bring extra towels/wash cloths, trash bags, and paper towels. They did supply some, but we quickly ran out and had to go to the store to buy more. They have a nice supply of beach items that made going to the beach so easy! The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

This was one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in! It was perfect for our group of three families. One family had a baby, so they enjoyed the privacy of the lower level, while the rest of us stayed upstairs. The main floor, with its spacious living room and kitchen, became our favorite gathering place for meals, games, and making memories.The condo was directly on the beach, making it incredibly convenient. It even included beach chairs and a tent, which we used every day. The host, Kelly was always ready and available to answer my questions! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Beautiful ocean front view. Centrally located in PCB. Beach access directly off the back decks. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Good kitchen but one of the kitchen cabinet doors was missing and another was about to fall off hinges. There was lots of sand on the main level floor on arrival. Difficult to operate the TV on the main level as well. Remote didn’t consistently work. All of kitchen appliances were nice and new. Nice to have washer and dryer on 2 different levels. Host was quickly responsive to any questions we had.

Panama City family beach trip

The property was as listed and it was a great location. Plenty of activities for the kids and lots of meal options. Condo was nice and had lots of beach toys, tents and chairs. The only unfortunate part was that the condos on both sides were being renovated and they worked late into the night making sleep a challenge.

The Perfect House for Us

It was just as advertised. Owner was very accommodating to our needs. The lower deck was messy, the trash can was full, and both water hoses are busted, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Thank you for helping make our vacation memorable!

Family vacation

The house is located right on the beach and has been totally updated! We had a great time! The only con was that there weren’t many bathroom towels for our large group ( we ended up just using our beach towels when needed) and there was not a mop.Other than that it was a great place!

Direct beach access.

Lots were good for this house - clean, lots of safety gates for young kids, lots of beach chairs/toys, quiet, direct beach access, beach towels, comfortable beds, good shower pressure and didn't run out of hot water. They did an excellent job in the remodel. The use of the space was well thought out. Not so good part was parking was tight. Some cooking items (baking sheets, etc.) need replaced.

Great experience with house on the Beach

Thank you so much! The house was clean, well organized, smelled fresh. The property looks exactly as advertised. The baby gates were an awesome addition! I have a one year old and it would have been a nightmare trying to keep him from going up/down the stairs.I would give it a 10/10…it would be nice to have a closet in the downstairs bedroom but overall it was a great experience!!!

Beachfront and spacious

Lovely spacious beachfront home in central location to shops and restaurants. The home was lovely and everything worked as it should. It had a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed the beach toys, chairs and tent they had available to use. Be aware you have to provide or purchase a lot of your own items from hand soap to kitchen sponge or dish soap. It would have been nice to have been provided a broom at least to sweep up the sand that everyone brings in. There was a small dustpan though. The view is wonderful and the house could easily hold a large family comfortably.
