This unique place has a style all its own. Austin is best known for it outdoor spaces and that doesn’t stop with your Airbnb.

This 3br/2ba house has a great backyard space with a hot tub and sauna and cold plunge in the breezy backyard. The back fence meets a (private) 20 acre greenbelt which provides ultimate privacy.

Inside is stylish and comfortable (with some retro appeal) with 6 beds and 2 pullout couches, all with foam mattresses and hotel linens. There’s also a living room hammock inside that proves to be a fantastic spot for enjoying the 65” TV.

Awesome property for a girl’s retreat weekend!

The size, space, and backyard aqua options make this the perfect house to relax and unwind with friends while still being close enough in to take advantage of all Austin has to offer!

An amazing place in an up and coming community. The house is very comfortable and very well supplied. There was tons of young families walking the streets and you are close to grocery and Target. Not a bad trip from the airport but still subject to that infamous Austin traffic. Not too far from Downtown or south of downtown which has tons of great restaruants and bars. Host was responsive and great to work with.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I have a couple business locally and that's how I treat this rental- like a business. Instead of farming this out to a property manager with hundreds of properties, I prefer to make sure the property is up to my standards.

This property is in a long established and unpretentious neighborhood. Large pecan and oak trees canopy the streets while a private 20 acre greenbelt behind the property creates a pleasant breezeway. The neighborhood is made up of mostly owner-occupied, ranch-stlye homes. It is a friendly and uncrowded area.

I love that the property provides great access to get around town. There are fun locations for dining and nature access close by, but being a short drive to Highway 71 (the least traffic highway) allows quick connections to all other main highways. You will hear no highway noise.

In the middle of the greenbelt property, there is a small recording studio. If they are recording, you can faintly hear them with no wind and a sharp ear, but it is no nuisance at all. It's great being in the Music Capital of the World knowing that music is being created close by!

Let's talk about the backyard. The right people truly enjoy the backyard. It invokes a healthy routine:

-Soaking up the sun and breeze while doing yoga and stretching in the grass yard,
-morning coffee at the patio table,
-a barrel sauna that can fit 4 that comes with an assortment of essential oils,
-a dip in the cold plunge tank if you dare,
-followed up with a dip in the jacuzzi that is always ready at 104 degrees,
-grilling some dinner at night,
-drinks and merriment around the gas fire pit as the night comes to a close

This is a great place to enjoy how you live. I love having renters who stay for longer periods of time so they can truly benefit from the routine. If you'd like massage services at the house, I have a fantastic masseuse, Kate, who is knowledgable and skilled.
