GREAT ROOM:

This multi-functional space combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area creating an open floor plan for a warm, social atmosphere perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Large sliding doors connect you with the outdoors and invite the breeze indoors. The living area features a 75-inch smart TV, alongside a comfortable, fluffy sectional couch. Choose from a variety of board games while playing classic tunes from the record player. The fully-equipped kitchen features a large island, double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, chef’s sink, high-end natural gas range. There are 6 bar stools at the island, and the formal dining area with seats 10. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities needed to prepare a delicious meal.

PRIMARY BEDROOM:

The luxurious primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary in this fun-filled house. Blackout blinds ensure a restful night`s sleep. This spacious bedroom features a king-size bed with a top-rated memory foam mattress. A 60-inch smart TV provides additional entertainment, while the desk set in front of huge windows offers calm space for catching up on some work in private with a view of trees and sky. Guests have access to the walk-in closet and en suite spa like bathroom complete with a double vanity, huge shower, soaking tub, and a private closet for the toilet.

THREE ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS AND TWO FULL BATHROOMS:

There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor. One features a King bed with it’s own private balcony, while the other provides accommodation for families with a set of twin over twin and full over full bunks. Each bedroom features a private walk-in closet for plenty of storage, electric black-out blinds and it’s own flat-sreen smart TV.

The rooftop room features beautiful views of the Austin skyline and fits 6 charming and comfortable twin beds. This room also has access to the wet bar, mini-fridge, flat screen TV, outdoor dining area and firepit on the roof. Each bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries and high-quality linens to enhance your stay.

CASITA

In the backyard, surrounded by bamboo trees, a private Casita, with its own en-suite bathroom well-stocked with essential toiletries and quality linens. A modern queen bed with two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows brings natural light and direct access to the pool and spa. To allow for late sleep-ins, windows feature full-length blinds on all windows.

ROOFTOP

Soak up the sun amongst the crowns of trees or make s’mores over the fire pit on this versatile rooftop with access to its own kitchenette including mini-fridge, large chef sink and counter space for prep. Relax on comfy sofas as you admire the beauty of the Austin skyline or put together a rooftop dinner on the large dining table for 8.

This home is managed by Home Haven Stays, which means you can count on:

✔ Our cleaning fee directly supports the local, hard-working team at Sweep Dreams Cleaning. They ensure you`re welcomed to a pristine and sparkling clean home, reflecting the high standards we all take pride in.

✔ Our home has a washer and dryer, an ironing board, and an iron for your use. Dryer sheets and detergent are available.

✔ We keep a first aid kit in the kitchen and rooftop kitchenette for minor cuts and scrapes.

✔ We provide premium linens for each guest.

✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and sponges.

✔ Selection of coffee, tea, and sugars are included.

ENHANCE YOUR STAY

We want your stay in Austin to be a memorable one. Home Haven Stays is happy to coordinate additional services - whether delivering a Cybertruck to the driveway, grocery delivery, hibachi or sushi chef dinners, or rooftop massages - just ask! We’ll do our best to make everything turnkey and easy for you.
Our property also features a beautiful pool that, by default, is not fenced for aesthetic purposes and to maintain the uninterrupted view. However, we can set up a protective fence around the pool for families with young children or non-swimmers upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking or prior to your arrival if you would like this option.

Further, the use of amenities such as the pool, and spa are at guests` own risk. We encourage all guests to utilize these features responsibly, always keeping safety in mind.

By booking with us, guests acknowledge and agree to these conditions. As always, common sense is key when enjoying all the delights this property and its surroundings have to offer.
* No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the home, there will be a smoking charge assessed of $400.00.
* No pets are allowed on the property. Additional cleaning fees of $400 will be assessed if the rule is not followed.
* Quiet hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we have established quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors.
* Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is 18. Overcrowding or exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited.
* No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, or events that involve additional people beyond registered guests are not permitted if it is not agreed upon before booking.
* Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. We extend complimentary early checkins and late checkouts when available.
* Respect for neighbors: Please keep noise levels down, especially during late evenings and early mornings, and avoid any disruptive behavior that may disturb those around us.
* No illegal activities: Engaging in any illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and legal action.
* Damages and liabilities: Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the property or its contents. Guests may also be held liable for any injuries that occur due to their negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
* Decorations: You’re welcome to decorate the house with decorations that do not need to be attached to walls. Tape attached to the walls will cause damage. Guests are responsible for damages caused by decorations.
* Cleanliness and tidiness: We kindly ask that you maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout your stay. We take great care to ensure SoCo Paradise is comfortable for all guests, so we appreciate your help in maintaining that experience for future guests. Please dispose of trash properly and leave the property in the same condition as you found it. If the house or grounds are left excessively dirty, there will be an additional cleaning fee charge of $200 for additional service needed.
