Perfect for a family getaway

Great house that was perfect for our family weekend away. It was close to everything we wanted to do - Zoo, Mud Hens, parks, etc. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home was perfect for our weekend work event at Stranahan Theatre. 3 adult co-workers had space to spread out & to gather. Private bedrooms. Clean. Easy check-in.

Toledo Trip

Talk about a gem, I so enjoyed staying at this property! It was clean & refreshing inside with plenty of room for 4 guests to relax. We were able to cook a few meals in the well appointed kitchen that was very spacious. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Family Gathering

A family gathering brought us to the area. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family. We would absolutely stay again!

Visiting from out of town and the home is very close to grandmas neighborhood. Made it easy to get back and forth and spend time with family. Neighborhood was very pretty. Home was wonderfully decorated.

Second Time

We returned to this home for a second family thanksgiving gathering which was held at my brother’s house about a mile away. So convenient ! Six adults stayed here. Rooms were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and kitchen was well stocked. Check in was simple and host very responsive. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Felt like home!

Very clean and cute home! The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. We brought our puppy along with us and she didn’t hear any cars outside or neighbors to bark at. My wife loved the decor and was taking pictures for inspiration. Very cozy and would stay again next time we are in town.

Perfect for us!

House was perfect for 6 adults. It was clean and modern. The neighborhood seemed quiet and was close to other family we have there. We all slept well so the beds were comfortable. Brandon quickly responded to any question we had. We will definitely book again if we need accommodations in Toledo!

Toledo Birthday Trip

We were attending our granddaughter’s first birthday party in Toledo. The house was perfect for the stay. It was easy to find and close to many options for food. The house itself was very clean and extremely comfortable for our crew. Brandon gave excellent information which made obtaining the house, getting onto the house upon arrival, and leaving at the conclusion of our trip simple. I would absolutely recommend this house and we most likely will stay again at some point in the future.

Birthday Celebration

I was born and raised in Toledo and live in Florida. Being home again for the Birthday Celebration was such a Blessing! The house was amazing, centrally located, and extremely clean. It was perfect for our family! Also the house had everything you could imagine!!! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your well appointed home! Loved Our Stay!

We came in from Chicago to attend a baptism. The location could not have been better. It was a three minute drive to my family and 5 minutes to the church. The house was wonderful and perfect for our group. It was my husband and I and two of our children. Everyone got their own room and a tv with streaming in each room. The house was clean and the yard was a good size we could even play catch! My daughter loved the house so much she wanted to move to Toledo and buy the house! Everything we needed and more. The hosts were very attentive!

Brand new, right out of a magazine

This is obviously a brand new property being listed. The inside is nearly done, but the outside is a work in progress. A few suggestions. Leave a notebook with expectations about maintaining property, where things are located (i.e. vacuum, where to turn on disposal, strip the beds? where the garbage cans are, dishes in dishwashers and washed?, etc. Also, include some menus and places of interest (shopping, grocery, theater, places of interest) in addition to emergency numbers (homeowner, medical services, police, etc.). Also, in the 1 bedroom there is only a bed, I wanted a table for my phone and book as I use my phone as an alarm. It is truly a lovely place and highly recommend.
