Ella's cozy Mountain View home has 5 BR and 3 full baths. Comfort hosting up to 14 guests. Kids friendly. 5 mins drive to most restaurants and bars where you can relax. Less than 10 mins drive for grocery shopping. 30 mins drive to ski resort. Lots of activities offered close by, info can be found in living room. Living room has smart TV. Board game provided. first floor have pool table, indoor basketball game and table soccer for fun . Don't forget to enjoy the hot tubs upstair. Bring families and friends for fun!!!

Ella replied fast. The place was very nice and big, and the game room was a plus, very good to keep the kids entertained. I would recommend this place.

Very nice house!! Enough to accommodate us all!! We were prepared for a charcoal grill and got a propane grill?? It was ok just need to update the listing so others will know they don't need to bring charcoal. Other then that, we all had a blast!! The pool table, basketball game and hot tub was a hit!! Thank you!!

The house was beautiful & clean, in a good location, & we loved having access to the hot tub and BBQ. However, the host wasn’t communicative and I didn’t receive check in information until I asked for it hours after check in started.

Not enough

Well, the inside was just like it described. There were 15 of us. Not enough towels and we had 9 rolls of toilet paper. I had to use my hotspot because it could not even keep up with 2 TV on. The hot tub was foaming after 2 uses and it should not foam. There was some one that came and cleaned it. When he was done, he said that it should be over 100 within the hour. It only got up to around 80 and that was several hours.

Family Vacation

There are a lot of reapits needing done to this property. We would not use the hot tub because the deck on which it sits looks very unstable. The bathroom faucets were about to fall of the counter. The air conditioning does not work. There is not near enough seating for the amount of people it sleeps. It is very disappointing to be charged a cleaning fee when the kitchen floor is so dirty amd sticky that your shoes stick to it. We also had to clean up the outside trash (which was not from us) because they don't have animal proof trash cans and they were tipped over every night.

Hi we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I think is maybe more towels for everyone e to Use as women we need two. And extra or different towels for the hot tub. Maybe leave out a broom as we bought one to sweep and maybe dish towel for dishes. Nothing bad like I sad we enjoyed it and loved our stay.

Great location in Fairplay

My family (group of 10) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights. What we loved: 1) The house is in a great location within walking distance to Fairplay beach and main street. 2) Basics are provided like towels, linens, cookware, etc. which makes life much easier during travel! 3) The game room and hot tub were a hit for all ages. 4) The home has nice decor. One note is that the home is in a neighborhood close to neighbors, not in a more open/remote location. Recommendations to owner to make it a 5-star stay: 1) Replace wood/charcoal grill with propane grill (took a very long time to heat up and cook food properly) 2) More low-profile thresholds (many thresholds in the home are tripping hazards) 3) More seating in living area (larger couch) 4) Replace bed frames, other than in master, with low-profile frames (lots of stubbed toes, bumped shins, etc. on current ones). 5) Provide pellets and instructions on use for heating downstairs area.

The home was as described in the website and pictures that were provided. My major disappointment was the grill is a briquette type where I expected a gas grill. Also it was not cleaned of the ashes. The pellet heater in the lower level lacked any pellets to keep the lower level warm at night. Other than that some of the furniture is not very sturdy.

Business trip

Outside of property is very deceiving. Inside is beautiful. Yard needs mowed but overall, it worked very well. Owner was very responsive.
