Site has a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and a 2 bedroom 1 bath house and a full efficiency. Host Groups of 12-14. 5 Off street parking spaces, in Mid-city North Park Area. Can take street routes to Downtown, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, while having quick access to the 805 FWY. All rooms have black out curtains and it's own mini-split unit.

Great spot for hosting different groups

Marcela’s spot worked really well for our group! It was our wedding weekend, so we had our bridal party stay here for 2 nights. This space allowed the ladies and gents to get ready in 2 separate houses and gave us enough separate rooms to keep everyone happy. Marcela also allowed us to check in early and held onto a forgotten necklace for us - she and her team were very accommodating and communicative! There are 3 primary reasons for my 4 star review: 1) There was a vehicle parked on the property, taking up one of the parking spots. Marcela noted this in her welcome note on arrival day, but it was still unfortunate as we needed the spot for our group. 2) The front of the property had high weeds all over, This is this first thing you would see after entering from the main street. I got the impression this was to deter people from partying there, but is there a better way to do that? 3) Upon entering the homes, the info sheet noted there was an inside decibel alarm and limit at night, and it would alert if we went over the limit. It didn’t say what the limit was or what would trigger it, so I immediately felt uncomfortable even blow drying my hair after 10 pm. Overall, the price point was worth it for us and we would book again. If the points above are addressed, this property would be perfect!

We Love San Diego

Having separate buildings worked very well for our group. We had some elderly people who wanted to keep their area very warm and younger people who like it cool. We had a lovely visit to San Diego

Beautiful places with little working parts

While the decor of the propety was great, there were many issues with its operating abilities: 1) Over all three houses, none had working stoves. 2) Outside firepit area had no external Light working and many trip hazards 3) Cars were parked in the parking spots we were supposed to have. 4) There was no WiFi access. 5) There were bugs everywhere, inside each house and outside, including roaches. 6) In a bad neighborhood.Its advertised as City Heights, but its not in City Heights.

Great Property Overall!

Property as three separate units which are perfect for a big family get together and also gives privacy. There are tables and chairs outside along with a fire pit to hangout outside and enough shade from the tree for a great breeze. Each room has a mini-split AC which helped made the stay comfortable during this summer. Each unit is essentially new with new appliances and a great welcome gift on the counter. Great location - centrally located in San Diego with great parking for your cars. Nearby the freeway and also a CVS and Walgreens for any needs you may have forgotten for the trip. The owner/manager is also very responsive. Although the space and outside amenities are great, be mindful of spiders from the trees and the leaves that fall, along with flies - when eating outside. I recommend owner/manager to have a washer/dryer available for guest use.

Perfect Group Getaway

We travelled with multiple families and this property gave us private spaces, plus a cute courtyard for everyone to enjoy together. Piero was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Instructions for check-in and throughout our stay were detailed and clear. The houses were clean, had everything we needed, and included the fire pit & grill! My family was impressed with the property and we loved our stay in San Diego!

More than I expected

We really enjoyed the outdoor area with plenty of seating, tables and the fire pit. The units were new and accommodated uis well. Thank you for supplying the high chair and the play pen. Things that may help in the future
..The sink in the front unit’s main bathroom drains really slow. You might want to put a sign for people not to block the driveway. Thank you.

All rooms have blackout curtains and it's mini-split units. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.
