Clean, plenty of space for our family of 5. Close to downtown Main Street and pretty view from of the mountains. Nice small deck out back for reading , getting some sun.

Great location! Walking distance to the gondola and you can ski right to the condo from 4 o’clock. Clean and well equipped.

We look forward to Oktoberfest in beautiful Breckenridge CO. We have rented several properties over the years using VRBO and even have stayed at the Sawmill condos before. Unfortunately, this was our least favorite unit. Overall the unit was clean, however, there was trash found behind the nightstands in the bedroom to the left. The one and only elevator for the entire complex was broken all weekend. Having asthma, it was a real challenge to make several trips, with all of our luggage to the 4th floor. But we followed all the check out rules and made additional trips up and down the stairs to remove trash and recycling. There was no compensation, for the inconvenience and no one was in the office. On a brighter note, the staff at Great Western lodging were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating!

It was a safety issue that required it to remain out of service, and we understand how challenging that was, especially with luggage and asthma. We do wish you had let us know you were struggling, as we had team members on standby to assist with luggage and would have been happy to help. To clarify, no compensation was requested during your stay. Great Western Lodging also does not have an on-site office at Sawmill; our office is located separately, and our staff was available there daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We apologize for any confusion about our location. We also apologize for the missed trash behind the nightstands. We appreciate your kind words about our team and hope to have another opportunity to provide you with a better experience!

Great stay and location

Great place and to stay however the only complaints I had from my guest was that the TV was to small 28'' and the fire place had a smell to it. I would recommend!

Nice condo. Location at end of 4 O'Clock run is fantastic!

We stayed for skiing and boarding and Dew Tour 2018. Condo is roomy. Furniture could use updating. We enjoyed the 4 O'Clock run ending right at the condo. Made it convenient to end the day. Bus stop across the street. Gondola and town is an easy walk. Everything functions in the condo. I would suggest a new coffee machine. It uses the round filters if that is helpful... Will stay here again.

Outdated but great location

The location is great, close to walk everywhere. The unit needs major updates. The beds, appliances, paint, and updated heating system all need upgrades. The blower for the fireplace didn't work. The hot tubs were out of service, and we were not advised at booking. Had to read the sign on the window after our arrival. Big disappointment with that, as it was one of the reasons we booked there. Needed the hot tub after long days of skiing. Loved that we could ski right up to the building at the end of the day.

Great location

We ended up being moved to another unit since the cleaning was not quite complete. We appreciated the quick response and solution by the management company. Great space for our family of 5 to enjoy the weekend and easily walk to town and hiking trails. Loved hearing the water in the creek. Peaceful and relaxing!

Perfect for extended family.

Two full bedrooms plus loft with bath was just what we needed for 3 adult couples. The location made walking to town easy, with great bike paths. Parking was only glitch (minor) as each couple had our own cars.

great set up

Balcony overlooks the 4'oclock run and the bus stop. Perfect to ski in at the end of the day. Easy walking to all the shops, great location. Loft was great 3 beds and a full bath. This condo has not been updated and is a bit warn. It was clean but the kitchen utensils appear a bit old and random. No extra trash bags paper towel or toilet paper rolls, however it was a great value all things considering, good space.

Perfect for our group of 8!

Great New Year’s vacation in Breckenridge. Condo more than met our needs. Loved the loft space for the kids. Ski-in was nice and we never had to wait long for a shuttle to the gondola.

Great space and perfect location.

The kids loved having their own space with the loft and full bathroom. Perfect location within walking distance to everything. Luggage carts were a nice perk as well.

Great Location

Awesome, convenient location. Furnishings were new and comfortable. It's older and a bit outdated, but it didn't affect our stay whatsoever. Bedrooms are quite small, but you are on vacation, so you don't spend much time there. Check in/out was easy and fast. Did I say the location was good? We could see the 4 o'clock run from our balcony! Bus stop is steps away. The loft was perfect for the kids! They had their "own" space to hang out and their own TV. With our teens and pre-teens that was perfect for them and for us! I would highly recommend this condo and complex. I didn't give it 5 stars because it's not the nicest condo I've ever stayed in. But again, it didn't affect our trip at all. It was clean and the kitchen was really organized. The bathroom fixtures were probably the main thing I was disapointed in. They were pretty outdated and hard to adjust especially the stand-up shower in one of them. Minor problem that could be easily replaced.

Perfect location

Just a short walk to the gondola, we had 6 staying and it fit everyone comfortably. Great view from the balcony as well. Would reccomend for a group looking to hit the slopes in Breck.

Large and roomy 2 bdrm with loft

This property is great for large families or groups of friends. the loft area has its own complete bath with sleeping for 5/6 with a TV. Downstairs rooms are spacious with their own baths also. The balcony looks out over the snow capped mountains with lots of morning sunshine. The location of this condo is perfect for access to all of the fun shops in downtown Breckenridge all within walking distance to main street. The kitchen is long and spacious. the only thing needed is some new utensils and skillets. They are pretty old and could be replaced. Otherwise, a great stay.
