Legacy Villas Spacious Home. Beautiful two-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms that sits right next to the mountain side. This is a beautiful two-story townhome perfect for families! It is a spacious resort villa with newly upgraded flooring tasteful decor. You don't have to worry about parking with an attached 2 car garage. The location is perfect, right up against the mountain with a patio, great for entertaining. One of the 12 community pools with complete Jacuzzi facilities is steps away. The bedrooms, all primary suites, have flat screen TVs with a large Flat screen in the living room. Beds consist of one King bed, one king bed, and 2 queen beds. No Pets allowed! The Neighborhood: LEGACY VILLAS COMMUNITY AMENITIES: 12 Refreshing Saltwater Pools, including 2 Lap Pools and 11 Spas Walking paths feature 19 sparkling fountains throughout resort community. We loved how Char was accommodating to our arrival. Have stayed at Legacy Villa's many years and the first to have 2 queen beds in the room! Very well equiped kitchen. Will be back and thank you Char!

Easter Weekend Getaway

My family and I booked Char’s place for Easter and had an amazing time away with the family! We have been coming to Legacy Villas for a few years now and this townhome is probably the nicest we have stayed at! We will definitely book this place again! It is kept in amazing shape and had every amenity possible! Plenty of room for our group too!

We had a great time in this beautiful property. Close to pool and La Quinta resort. Grill on patio and modern fully stocked kitchen. Loved having garage access as well for car and bike storage. All around great stay!

Great stay

Perfect get away with our friends. The hosts was very responsive. The house was clean and matched the pictures. Nice and quiet location backing up to the hills. Just a short walk to a satellite pool. The main pool and gym are close as well.

Fun in the desert

We had a great family time staying at Legacy Suites in La Quinta! Very comfortable units, lots of pool options and close to everything we needed. Very accessible property manager. Overall a great experience!

Lovely property in La Quinta

Char's home was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the property was very well maintained. Washer/dryer was also an added bonus. Char was super communicative and also accommodated an early check in for us.Since we were there for Coachella, the property was about a 15-20 minute walk to the La Quinta shuttle stop.

Wonderful stay in La Quinta

This Condo is located in the back of the beautiful La Quinta Legacy Villas complex. It is a quiet location with wonderful mountain and desert views. The condo has everything you need to make meals as the kitchen is well appointed. The beds are all comfortable with nice linens. I would definitely recommend this unit

Spacious & Quiet Location

We had another great vacation getaway at Legacy Villas. This unit in particular is really nice as it is a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of Legacy Villas. It is serenely quiet on the back patio, which I LOVE. The unit is nicely equipped with everything we wanted for our vacation both with pool floats and the simple kitchen spices and cooking oils. The home is nicely kept clean and has an excess of towels for everyone.

Space and personal touch

Such a comfortable and private layout, 3 suites. Located on the edge of the property this unit has privacy looking out at the mountains. Char keeps the place crisp and clean. Will return to legacy villas, and will seek this specific family home.

Amazing La Quinta Stay

Great corner location backing up into the mountains. Kids loved the bedroom with two beds. Community was in great condition. We enjoyed trying out several of the pools. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tucked away in the desert hills is this beautiful villa. The home was spacious and comfortable and was exactly what was pictured. Host called before check in to let me know they had turned the air on and tvs on before our arrival. The host was outstanding and made sure to go above and beyond to allow for a relaxing stay. One of the many pools is within walking distance of the villa and it made for quick trips to cool off! The villa is also very close to food/coffee/grocery stores! Highly recommend this place. Will be staying here again!

Overall great getaway!

Fantastic location. Property in great condition. Minor issue with non-functional barbecue with lots of steaks needing to be cooked. Unit was well equipped and fit our needs perfectly. Some of the pools were not accessible, but luckily there were plenty of pools available. Would definitely stay again.
