Luxurious Brand-New Coastal 2 Bedroom

Summary:
This chic 2 BD / 2 BA apartment offers king and queen bed suites, a wrap around balcony, complimentary parking, a washer/dryer, fitness center, and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is a short work to trendy Grandview Public Market and just a short drive to the vibrant downtown West Palm Beach, upscale Palm Beach, airport, and incredible nearby beaches.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass doors do not lock by design.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

The apartment was very clean, the bathrooms were exceptional and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. The host was always available and kept us informed on everything we needed to know. We would stay here again, and the location was near everywhere you want to go in both West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, just perfect.

The condo is extremely comfortable and equally well equipped. Everything you need is already there for you. The host was most gracious and very helpful. If I'm ever in West Palm Beach again, I would look no further for a place to stay, feel at home and be very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable

I stayed in this property to attend a conference and EXPO at the convention center. I selected it because it was a very convenient location. When I arrived, I was quite surprised to find that it was nicer than described. I would highly recommend this unit to anybody that it's looking for a nice place to stay.

spotless comfortable stay

This property offered everything you could possibly need for a stay. They truly thought of and provided all the bells and whistles from basics to convenient extras from spices to beach equipment. Everything was in order. Extras on tv options, tvs in every room, comfy beds, etc etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this property if you are considering a visit to Palm Beach/West Palm Beach area. While the neighborhood is in transition, it is neat and geographically convenient to everything.

Chic Apartment

Beautifully decorated 2 Bdrm 2 Bath fully equipped. Very clean and neat master BR has walk-in closet. Large balcony off large living room. Pictures very accurate. Central Location 7 min drive from Clematis & Rosemary lots of Restaurants.Shopping. Bars. Beach 10 min away Well equipped gym. Hunter very attentive to our needs and responds very quickly. Awesome!

We spent an incredible weekend in West Palm in the Coastal 2 Bedroom. Our host Hunter was very responsive from start to finish. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious for 3-4 guests. The unit has tons of light and was very clean and comfortable. The location was quiet, and very convenient to lots of local restaurants and shops. We also appreciated all the household amenities that were available. Great place to spend the weekend or more!

This is a FANTASTIC condo

This condo is as nice as it looks in the pictures--but somehow also nicer. It has a great feel, and is perfectly stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The living room was airy but also cozy, and the kitchen was a delight to cook in. We liked it so much we're going back.

Loved!

Host was wonderful. Home was beautiful and luxurious. The dishwasher was a little dirty but what can you expect, it’s a dishwasher.. lol. Other than that I would say this place is absolutely perfect. Recommended to anyone! I had my 8 month old with me and she was in love with the lighting and the place in general. Would stay again 1,000 times.
