The property had a modern 70s design to it. Everything was clean and there were no issues. This one probably one of the best rental homes we’ve stayed in.

There was nothing to complain about at this little oasis in the desert. The place was clean and inviting, and the hot tub was perfect on a chilly night. It’s also conveniently close to the grocery store and Tempe Marketplace. I had a couple of questions for Heather, and she responded quickly and was very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was one of my favorite places we've stayed. The property was exactly as described, the host was great with communication, the area was quiet and close to everything. I can't think of anything we needed to make it better because it was perfect. I look forward to staying here again when we visit.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay at this property with my family (fiancé, mother, 16 month old daughter and I). Interior was perfect just as pictured and backyard was great for yard games and entertaining my young daughter. Excellent location close to ASU and many family friendly attractions. The hot tub was also a huge plus! I couldn't recommend this property enough and will certainly stay again when we come back to the area.Thanks again!

Cute place

We stayed for a week while working at ASU. The duplex was really clean, cutely decorated and comfortable. The hot tub was great and the game room fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect desert vibe weekend

We were in town for the ASU game and were looking for a comfortable stay with our 14 and 12 year old kids. This house was exactly as described and included and awesome game room that was a super hit w the kids. We were also very happy with the hot tub and fire pit. The outdoor games with a back yard with plenty of space to play. The house was also immaculate with super cute design style, comfy beds and fully stocked with all the plates, cups, pans, utensils, etc for an easy weekend getaway. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Highly recommend this gem!

Really cute and comfortable property with thoughtful desert themed decorations. Nice backyard with hot tub and bbq - as well as a game room. Heather was consistently responsive and friendly. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back!

Convenient Clean VRBO

A cute updated, clean, comfortable & convenient pad to all of ASU. Enjoyed the recommended tourist sites provided by the welcome manual when we arrived. Door dash helped with our meals. Fry’s Market south on Rural Rd is the perfect store to stuck up at. Loved using the kitchen and back patio for breakfast, lunch and dinners. Old Town Scottsdale was also a nice 10-15 min drive for indoor/outdoor dining and quaint shops! Rollerbladed the ASU town lake trail that went for miles. Attended a hockey game at Mullet arena. Also took on Cambelback and South Mountain. We enjoyed the private backyard & hot tub. Felt like a piece of home. Hosts are friendly, welcoming & easy/quick to communicate. Can’t wait to be back for more adventures.

The property is clean, location is good, very convenient to everything. The beds were rock hard but that could just be my family's preferences. The hot tub was nice and the outdoor space was fun.

Great stay for spring training

We have stayed in many rental home, so first and foremost I greatly appreciated all the “extra” that was provided such as dishwasher pod, washer pod/dryer sheet, paper towels, all that! No one wants to go to the grocery store to stock a home and we certainly didn’t need to! Location was great! Our main point of stay is to see spring training games- outside of Surprise, AZ stadium we were 15-20min from most stadiums and very easy drive. Home had plenty of space for our family. Kids had their own tv to hook up Xbox for evening play. Played lots of catch on the turf in backyard. Bedrooms are a little warm probably from lack of air flow as the living/kitchen was much cooler. Wasn’t a problem, just good to know. Neighborhood very quite. Home was clean, would recommend and rent again.

Cute Home with All You Need

Our stay was wonderful here. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, cute and clean house with everything we needed. If we ever return to AZ, we will for sure stay here again.
