You will enjoy swimming in your own private heated pool (optional heating fee is $75 a day and will heat to a comfortable 90 degree temperature). Have fun playing a round of ping pong or billiards. Grill and fire pit table (propane included). Full coffee/tea bar which includes a Nespresso and Keurig maker, lots of varieties of coffee and teas, syrups, creamers, and flavors. Spacious home with 2 living areas, and Smart tvs in every room to please all guests.

Just a short drive away, you'll find the Talking Stick Resort Casino and Chase Field, offering endless entertainment options. When you're ready to venture out, you'll be surrounded by the vibrant culture and attractions of Tempe. I came with 6 kids, ages 1-13. Every single one of us enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was gorgeous, clean, and well kept, the games were loads of fun, and the pool was stunning and so enjoyable! There was pool equipment for everyone. But the best part was Lindsey - the hostess. Her clear communication and friendly demeanor made our stay a memorable experience. The app only allows for 5 star ratings, but we give 10 stars! I had an amazing stay and the house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool was clean, plenty of toys were provided and my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty to do around the area. I would highly recommend this property and the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Lindsey is the best host we have ever worked with. The Tempe house is perfect with so many special touches to make a great stay. We watched the sunrise from a heated pool drinking coffee each morning which I will be missing in snowy Chicagoland. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some great meals. We appreciate all the games, pool table and the arcade machine for some fun in the evening. The neighborhood is great for walking. Lindsey is a great communicator and really cares about her guests. We highly recommend this lovely home. Thank you!

Lovely home and beautifully decorated in southwestern charm. I can see a great deal of thought and planning went into this rental. Super appreciated the wide range of amenities, central location to the airport, downtown Scottsdale, nice restaurants, and loved the pool!

We've probably stayed in 20-plus vacation rentals, and have deemed this one our favorite! Everything was top-notch... lots of room for our family of three, comfortable beds, terrific swimming pool, tons of "extras" like games, books, kitchen stuff, and even a personalized welcome sign. We were in town to move our daughter, who is transferring to ASU, into her apartment right off campus, and this house became our refuge after long days of unpacking and organizing! We are most grateful to Lindsey, who kept us informed before, during and after and is an extraordinary hostess!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is special to us because Nathan and I met there in 2008. We love this home because it has always had an atmosphere that is fun and relaxing. The property is so close to some of our favorite restaurants and bars which are located in Downtown Tempe and South Scottsdale. In 2022 we decided to do a full renovation to the home. It is truly a makeover to see. The open kitchen plans is perfect for entertaining. The home is so spacious with 2 living areas and a game room with it's own AC and heating unit. The game room has a pool table which turns into a ping pong table. There is large Jenga, Spikeball, a football, a cornhole set, a hook/ring swing game, and lots of card and board games. The bedrooms are very relaxing with hotel quality mattresses, linens and comforters. All bedrooms and living areas come with a Smart TV with Disney plus, Hulu, Peacock, and Netflix. Enjoy the full coffee bar consisting of a Nespresso, Keurig, and regular coffee machines. Creamers, sugar, teas, coffee flavorings are all provided. The house also comes with an outdoor propane fire pit table. Past guests have enjoyed sitting around the fire making smores and having lots of laughs around the fire pit.

The home is located in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. The house is located on a corner lot so you have extra privacy. It is close to both the 101 and 60 freeways so it is easy to get to most places in the valley. It is a 10 minute drive to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and to Old Town Scottsdale. Guests will have access to the full 2 car garage. The pool is a 9 ft deep diving pool which can be heated if you desire. There is 3 sky lights in one of the living areas which makes for some really nice natural lighting during the day. The house is spacious, relaxing, recently renovated, and ready for you and your group to enjoy!
