Profitez des incroyables plages du panhandle de la Floride pendant vos vacances dans notre maison de ville. Ceci est la retraite ultime. La maison de ville dispose de trois étages avec une vue incroyable depuis nos balcons sur le golfe. Cette maison de ville est directement sur la plage !!! La communauté Sea Haunts comprend une promenade privée vers la plage et une grande piscine avec bain à remous.

DĂ©tendez-vous dans notre magnifique chambre principale au dernier Ă©tage avec lit king-size et balcon privĂ©. Profitez de la vue fantastique sur l'eau et la plage pendant la journĂ©e et laissez les sons du golfe vous endormir la nuit. Au mĂȘme Ă©tage se trouve une deuxiĂšme chambre accueillante avec lit queen et salle de bain principale partagĂ©e.
Au rez-de-chaussée, détendez-vous avec vos amis et votre famille dans la salle familiale / salle à manger et profitez de la cuisine bien équipée. L'étage principal comprend une demi-salle de bain et un fantastique balcon donnant sur le golfe - idéal pour se détendre avec un verre l'aprÚs-midi ou admirer nos magnifiques couchers de soleil.
Au rez-de-chaussée, nous proposons une chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants (4 couchages max. 2 adultes) avec TV, Playstation 2 et une troisiÚme chambre queen avec TV, terrasse privée et salle de bain complÚte partagée.

Cette propriété est située sur la plage de Santa Rosa sur l'autoroute 30A à quelques minutes des restaurants et des magasins. Nous sommes à un court trajet de Seaside, Destin et Baytowne Wharf à Sandestin. Sur 30-A, vous pouvez profiter des kilomÚtres de pistes cyclables pavées pour faire du jogging ou du vélo reliant les communautés 30-A de Gulf Place, Seaside, Grayton Beach et Rosemary Beach.

Es-tu un fin gourmet? Vous allez adorer crĂ©er des repas fantastiques dans la cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec des fruits de mer frais pĂȘchĂ©s localement (mĂ©rou, vivaneau rouge, crevettes du golfe), vous pouvez obtenir tout cela au marchĂ© des fruits de mer de Goatfeathers. Nous avons un espace barbecue communautaire prĂšs de la piscine.

The entire family for a beach vacation

Great property right at the beach. Everyone loved it. Easy walk to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and other restaurants. Couldn’t be happier dealing with and getting answers to our questions from our host, Lisa Gable. Best family vacation, hands down.

We loved the location of this property and the kids enjoyed the pool! It’s nice to be right on the beach and not have to haul all the beach items and beach gear very far! The townhouse was very nice! Comfy beds, too!

Great Location

Property was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and having extra beach chairs and toys available was a plus. The owner has sent a beautiful charcuterie board upon arrival that was a very nice touch. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for a family or group of friends looking for an awesome beach trip.

Great property

Santa Rosa is a great area and the property is in a great location. We would definitely stay at the property again. We had an issue with the cleaning crew which was out of the owners control, but she was very accommodating with us with a late check out to make up for it. We had great communication with the owner throughout the process and would recommend any property she had.

Needs Deep Cleaning

While we enjoyed the location and easy beach access, this unit was very dirty. Sticky floors, dust bunnies and dirt, etc. under beds, in closets, and on all baseboards. The basement bathroom had a moldy shower curtain, along with mold around the shower head and knob. A good deep cleaning would go far. One other small complaint is there were no plastic cups in the kitchen, which is a necessity for small children, made us nervous having them drink out of glass cups all week.

Boardwalk right out the back door!

This 3 story condo is all about the beautiful views from the two balconies and the pristine beach being mere steps out the back door. Very clean and comfortable with simple neutral furnishings. The ground floor bedroom and bunk bed bedroom aren't quite as cheery as the upper floors, but we were a couple and didn't use those rooms, so that didn't impact us. The balcony off the master bedroom was delightful and we loved our breakfasts on the balcony off the kitchen/living room area. We loved our stay here.

Amazing!!

Everything was amazing. Lisa was incredible to work with. The views from the second floor balcony and master bedroom were incredible for early morning sunrises or early evening sunsets. The townhome was equipped with everything we needed, and the kids really enjoyed the box full of beach toys! The local shops/eats were within walking distance including an amazing ice cream shop! The small community is quiet, and we really did feel secluded, but still near everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future with our family.

Great Condo on the Beach

First if we are going to the beach - I want to stay ON the beach! This condo led right to the foot path and over a dune and you were on Santa Rosa beach. That was great! We spent spring break with 5 adults and 4 teen girls here and it was fine. aside from 2 full bathrooms - which, with girls, there is bound to be some issues - this condo was perfect. It was walkable to Shunk's Galley and the shopping right there and about 10 minutes from Seaside. I would say it wasn't luxury - but it was nice, and comfortable. What you would expect for a beach property. They had a bunch of chairs so that was nice - we didn't have to rent - but you could if you wanted to. Like the gated access and the fact that there was a pool because we had 2 red flag days at the beach and the kids could still swim. overall, really nice place and stay - would stay there again for sure! Location is amazing for the beach towns there! Thanks owners! It was lovely!

Sea haunts 3D was amazing

Being on the beach was incredible. We could have left our beach stuff at home as there was umbrellas, chairs, boards and lots of toys but we weren’t 100% so we took it. House was clean and stocked to the gills with supplies. Owners were very responsive with a couple parking issues but arranged for us to park at another unit. Being able to hit the private beach and run to the house for lunch then hit the beach again was great. My only real complaint is the lack of BBQ grills. The pool has some by it but it’s not overly convenient to carry everything across the parking lot and then carry it back. It would be great if all the sea haunt units could get together and build some sort of covered area for cooking and dining but it didn’t hinder our trip, we just ate out more which can be costly and difficult with 6 kids in our group. There are a lot of restaurants nearby but for families, I would recommend driving 7-10 miles to 98 and finding more kid/cost friendly options.
