The space
You apartment is downstairs at the front end of a 4-plex. Convenient location a block away from Safeway Supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Walk into the ground floor apartment with living area in front of you, dining room and fully equipped kitchen off to the left. Straight ahead is a small hallway leading to the three bedrooms and bathroom.
Master room has two twin beds pulled together with a topper to make a king, second room as two twins, and the third room has one twin bed.
Desks in every bedroom.

Full and private access to the entire apartment.

This apartment is part of a 4-plex (two upstairs, two downstairs). 6 off street parking spots for the 4 apartments on a first come first served basis.

We (Matt and Karina) are an easy going couple and love getting to know new people from all over the world. Matt grew up in Pismo Beach, Southern California and loves surfing and mountain bike riding. Karina is from New Zealand and since marrying Matt in 2012 has made Redding her permanent home. Karina loves hospitality, espresso coffee, healthy food, being a Mom and road trips in our RV.
