Entire home in a cul-de-sac lot perfect for families or couples. New remodel featuring individual rooms with large beds, 2 living rooms. Kids room with tv, and a playhouse! A block to forester acres park with walking/ running loop, play ground, soccer /football field, baseball diamond, horse arena, disk golf course, and pickle ball court. Less then a mile from a reception center, gas station, fast food, splash pad and skate park.

Entire home, garage, playhouse, and yard. Backyard is fenced.

Other things to note
Keyless entry by code. Outdoor cameras. Extra HDMI cord hooked to downstairs tv for use. Folding table and 6 folding chairs for additional seating or games, can be added to the dining/ living area upstairs. ( table and chairs located in the garage) There are 3 locked closet areas. Basement cold storage under porch, under stairs, and a small one in the hall upstairs, for our use with no access.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was so accommodating and comfortable. We had a family reunion in Logan and it was the perfect place for those from out of town. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

It was like we brought our own house with us. It was so clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. There we really nice “small” touches by the host that made it a great stay!! Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again.

Great family stay

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was perfect for our group!! So many bedrooms to accommodate many couples, everything we needed for grandkids as well. Can’t say enough about the wonderful layout and gathering spaces. We loved the firepit as well!

Family stay

This was the perfect house for our very large group. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The house was very clean and the check in was simple.

Great house! Great location!

This house was perfect for our family reunion! There were beds for everyone and space for us all to gather. It was clean and comfortable and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. This is the second time we have stayed in this house, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great Location & Nicely Remodeled House

We had a family reunion here and we came from all across the states. The house is nicely remodeled and very clean! The back yard was a great place to hang out, BBQ and play yard games in the evenings with our big group. We all enjoyed our time at this VRBO.

Perfect for a family gathering

This property has many sitting areas so family can spread out. Also lots of seating options were provided; one evening we had a cookout and brought the patio furniture out and ate on the patio. The firepit was perfect for hanging out in the evening.

Great Place for the family to stay

We were really impressed with the all of the aspects of this home. There was plenty of comfortable beds with room to spread out and lots of nice amenities. The location was perfect and allowed us to get to Bear lake before the beach filled up and then enjoy some of the many fun things to do in Logan the next day. The host was wonderful and was quick to answer all of our questions.

Wonderful Week in Smithfield

We were in town for a family wedding--lots of us and the house was perfect! It was well planned out and supplied very nicely. There was room for everyone and up and down TVs to space out. Recommend it highly and will stay again when we come for Idaho, Washington and New York.

Haven away from home

This rental property truly felt like being home. The owners keep the property very clean. Backyard was wonderful. Bed situations fantastic for our family of grandparents and children. Most VRBOs I feel like I need to clean dishes before using them. This property was an exception. Well equipped too. Truly a quiet, clean, comfortable environment for our whole family. Would highly recommend this VRBO property. Thank you for helping us celebrate our daughter’s Aggie graduation.

Great place to stay in Smithfield

We had a large family group coming in for a wedding. This included kids, parents, grand-parents and great grandparents. The house was spacious enough for all of us. The kids had places to play, the playhouse in the backyard was a hit with the kids. This was nice as the kids weren't right on top of anybody as they had their own space to play. The bunkroom was nice too, little kids didn't have to sleep on the floor in sleeping bags or couches. There were 2 air mattresses available too. The welcome sign and welcome basket were a nice touch. There was plenty of parking space which we definitely needed. House was very clean. Nice neighborhood, easy to find. The large patio was nice to have, good place to eat and relax. Host Jen was always quick to get back to me when we had questions. Check out was super easy. We would definitely recommend this place if you have a large family gathering.

This is our second time staying at this location It never disappoints. The beds are comfortable. It is very clean and fits. Our needs perfectly. Jen is the best hostess and has worked hard to make our accommodations pleasant and enjoyable. We will be back all the best Riverton City youth Council.
