Great location in Northwest SA, quiet neighborhood. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Hang out by the pool, Enjoy sleeping for 10, 3 queen beds and a futon in upstairs loft plus a twin bed with hide away bed .Lots of seating out by the pool under the shaded deck while the barbecue is cooking! Play billiards and board games. Huge table in the dining room to seat 10. If you are working remotely, 500gig WIFI. Media streaming services provided on 3 sets. 70" 4k HDTV in family room with plenty of seating. Sound bar with subwoofer. 50" in billiards room.

The house was very clean and spacious! The pool was wonderful and Kim was always quick to respond to any issues! Pool table was an added bonus and the house was close to everything!! Would definitely stay again!!!

We had a great stay in this home, very cozy and fun, only thing was the jets didnt work in the small pool area but i would still go back anytime and stay, 100 percent recommend!!

Family Wedding

The location of this house was perfect for our family (3 couples) since the ceremony & reception was at the Moonlight Ballroom. It was clean, had plenty of room, and so many fun things to do, keeping us entertained. Kim was wonderful! It could’ve more perfect!

Staycation

Myself & a couple of friends rented this place for a birthday staycation to relax and enjoy the pool & hot tub. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We only had a couple of issues which were quite minor: whoever cleaned the downstairs restroom used it & didn’t flush afterwards, firewood was missing so we couldn’t use the firepit but the owner did offer to bring some the next day, & the hot tub was not working… that was the biggest bummer because it was one of the reasons I rented the place.

Hello, sorry you thought there was a hot tub, we advertise a heated pool but no hot tub and we usually don’t provide fire wood when the temps are in the 90’s but I was happy to bring some the next morning. I will definitely address with my cleaning crew about the toilet not being flushed, my apologies!

We were happy with our stay, and I REALLY loved how fast the owner responded. The house felt like it was in a good location for what we needed. The only reason i wouldn't say excellent is because 1.) It wasn't a 4 bedroom as listed, but instead a 3 bedroom and a fouton out in the open area upstairs. 2.) The hottub doesn't work, which we were looking forward to after a long drive. 3.) And this is NOT the owners fault, but the neighbor's dogs kept some of us up the first night and part of the 2nd night with constant barking that sounded close enough it might as well had been in the backyard. Just something to know ahead of time if you're a light sleeper. But i would recommend this house. It had everything else we needed and communication was great.

First timer

The house was very spacious, but reading the ad, I thought the loft was the only thing upstairs. I wasn’t happy that 2 of the 3 bedrooms were upstairs also. Some deeper cleaning in bathrooms could have been better. We enjoyed the game room and the pool, except for having to fight the bees off, I got stung in the pool. You might want to check the back yard for nest. I thought how great it was that you left us so many amenities, the snacks, the bath products, kids floaties, games, books etc. those are all pluses!! Our overall stay was enjoyable, it was my first time renting a house, and I would do it again over a hotel, so thank you for making it a happy birthday experience.
