The comfortable home is in the ideal location for you and your groups next vacation with parking for 5 vehicles. Off of the living room there is a screened-in porch for guests to use. There is also a patio outside with more seating for your group to enjoy and a gas grill to create memorable summer nights. This property also comes with a dock that guests can use.

When you enter, you are greeted with a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, additional couch and chair, electric fireplace and large screen TV for movie night. The fully stocked kitchen comes with everything you need to make a home cooked meal and a slow drip coffee maker. The dining area has a table for 4 with an additional chair and additional seating at the entrance.

The first bedroom, down the hall, comes with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk, full on bottom and twin on top. Both of these bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a spacious shower. The primary bedroom suite comes with a queen bed, a sitting area, ceiling fan, and TV. The bathroom in the primary suite comes with a jacuzzi tub with jets, and a shower. The laundry room comes with a washer and dryer and is off of the kitchen. The dock is available for guests to use, however, the ramp in the community is for owners only. The FOB to gain access to the pool will be given to guests at check in.
