Good things come in small packages! Cozy single house with a big feel. This house has a very large beautiful bathroom, full kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, dining area complete with chandelier, living room with electric fireplace and flat screen tv, internet and cable. Queen sized Murphy bed with Linens included. There is a privacy fenced yard complete with screen patio and furniture for morning coffee or evening dinners, and relaxing on a lazy day. You can't beat the location, close to beaches. Dunedin Beach and downtown Dunedin are a short 15 minute drive. Downtown New Port Richey is a 5 minute drive, Tarpon Springs (Sponge Docks, Restaurants, Nightlife) are 5 minutes away. You will literally be in the middle of everything.
I have also included a binder with some of my favorite restaurants and take out places for your convenience.
This is a great place to relax and get away from the stress of your every day life.

Great Place

I was visiting Florida by myself and this was the perfect place. The location was what I was looking for and the Casita was clean, comfortable and fit my needs perfectly. Tom was excellent and made sure I had everything needed for my stay.

Holiday Getaway

This place was perfect for my daughter and I to spend a week after Christmas. Plenty of space to suit our needs and the kitchen was perfect to prepare our meals. There were lots of things to do within a reasonable drive. Room meet us as soon as we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again if we go back.

Charming Casita

We spent 1 month in the Casita. It was a wonderful time & even better than the descriptions & photos. We especially enjoyed the screened lanai & fenced yard, perfect for early morning coffee or late afternoon wine.Tom was the perfect host making us feel right at home and always attentive to our needs. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Just a lovely experience!

Holiday Florida

We are very pleased with the property. Very comfortable and quiet. This is a great location, Easy to get to Sponge Docks and area beaches and parks. Our host, Tom, made sure we had everything we needed. He was easy to communicate with and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants/shopping in the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Good Value in Tampa Bay Area

Nicely updated mobile home in convenient Gulf Coast location. Excellent TV and wifi, everything else was comfortable and functional, though one side of queen bed is against a wall. Tom was very responsive and helpful and provided first-hand info on local eateries. Many attractions within an easy drive, including several nice county parks. Good for a couple or small family wanting functional digs for a short stay.

Awesome !!!!

The stay here was absolutely awesome and Tom went above and beyond as a host. The home was very warm , private and inviting and was very clean. My wife and I have a 10 star out of 5 rating as Tom looked after us like family. We would highly recommend this property and Tom to anyone looking to get away and relax.

Our Vacation

Tom is a grate host the place is just right close to all kinds of shopping and beaches. We drove to Tampa sight seeing and st. petersburg Fl. and we went to Jacksonville to see her colleague we enjoyed out Vacation and we took a boat tour to see the Manatees.The best beach we went to was Clear Water Beach.

perfect for 2

This property is brand new and beautiful. A lot of thought was put into providing everything needed for our 1 week stay. Didn't really do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to have everything needed Loved the Lanai. Strong Wi-Fi. Bed was comfy. Tom was a terrific host and made sure to provide everything needed.

Very nice

Very clean. Screened in porch is gigantic. Well appointed decor. Comfortable furniture. Giant TV. Bed is comfortable but very low which makes it somewhat difficult to get in and out of if you are seniors like us. Very, very secure and very private. Felt very safe. Only 4 streets from Route 19 so easy to get anywhere. Another minute to Alt 19 and Tarpon Springs.

Horribly uncomfortable bed

Had to cut my stay short due to being unable to get a comfortable night of sleep. Owner suggested I try sleeping on the couch which was an unacceptable response.
