This 2-bedroom 2 bath has spared no details to make your dream get-away relaxing and fun! Be one of the first people to rent this newly renovated condo in a duplex! Luxe features and hardware throughout, even a bidet in each bathroom. Brand new Novella mattresses, new towels, sheets, quilts, pillows, all furniture. Shared washer/dryer on site. Covered patio downstairs looking out to backyard. View of Laguna Bay from covered balcony out front. 1 minute walk to the bay to watch jaw dropping sunsets. This unit brings Coastal Farmhouse and European Chic together to make you feel relaxed and spoiled. Charming traditional beach house style, walkable to the beach and plenty of things to do! This is a fantastic rental with great amenities and attractions nearby. Not to mention an attentive host who responds quickly to questions or concerns. THE PERFECT get-away for couples, families, friends or business partners.parking fir 2 vehicles only. If you intend to rent golf carts, you need to find a place up the street to park them. There's no parking on the grass, the neighbors grass, or on the neighbohrs driveways.
All short term rental guests are required to sign a rental agreement and have a $300 refundable deposit hold.

Great family time
We have a large family (5 adults, 2 teens) and house was great! Sleeping areas were a bit more challenging since our kids are older but they were good sports and we had a great family time. Staff was amazing in bringing over anything extra we needed. We had plenty of parking and everything we did was very close to the house, the location is super convenient to everything you want to do whether going to beach, fishing excursions, gravity park, or going out to eat! It's hard to get 5 grown kids to agree on much but this they all agreed on - this was an amazing family trip!! We will be back!!

Nice place!
Overall it was a good experience. The ac wasn’t working in our original listing. The replacement the first night was beautiful but the second replacement was old and needs updating. Washer didn’t work and we couldn’t use the dryer because the electricity would go off. This was not this specific listing. Serena was very accommodating and offered our original listing as soon as the ac was fixed but we were exhausted from lugging our stuff around so we stayed in the not so nice listing. We were given an extra night and partially credited which we appreciated. It’s difficult to rate this place since we never stayed here but I assume it’s like the first place we stayed and it was newer and beautiful. Nice private pool. Very clean.
