Had a great time!

The location of the complex is perfect with beach access just down the street! We have stayed in other units at this complex and this one was much cleaner, nicely decorated, with comfy beds and furniture. Plenty of space for us, 2 teenagers & the dog! (And reasonably priced) Will definitely stay here again!

Great location

The location was awesome, condo was nice and clean when we arrived. Only issue the outlets in the bathroom did not work and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work. Other than that place was perfect, thank you for letting us stay there.

Great location!

The condo was clean & cutely furnished. Fewer code numbers to push every time you enter would be nice. It was unnerving when someone using a key from the lock box one night walked in, & ran away. Was otherwise great walking distance to everything

The location was great alongside the placement of the actual condo. First floor is a must, plus the enclosed porch/patio was a comfort. The place itself was very spacious internally & very well equipped with the appropriate amenities, minus the WiFi (worked for only the first day).

I loved that the property was on the first floor and had the extra back patio space to wash the sand off of my stuff that the other floors didn't have. The place was spacious and nicely decorated. With the beach access right around the corner this place was great to get back to after a day in th sun. I would spend the evenings binge watching tv in bed, then wake up and take a quick stroll to the beach with my umbrella, chair, cooler, and yorkie in tow. I'll be sure to make this one a priority book when I come back to SPI.

Leaky and smelly

Something was leaking pools of water and no one could figure out what it was. Condo smelled and the couches need to be replaced.

For a condo that allows pets this was plus.

For a condo that allows pets this was plus. Very short walking distance to the beach was a plus. Short walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Grapevine, was also a plus. The refrigerator was not plugged in properly. We had to pull it out and re-plug it in before it turned on. The junction box needs to be repaired. This was reported. My dog ate Cheetos found on the carpet when we arrived. The sheets in the large bedroom has an unpleasant odor. Body odor. We ended leaving a day early. Really unpleasant.

Not So Great

The unit is fine, if you are entertaining kids or partying. The living area and kitchen are ample and comfortable enough. However, I intended to use the unit as just a resting spot between fishing tournament days. It was not ideal for rest, or peace and quiet. The unit is adjacent to the pool, so it was very very loud until 1:30am on Thursday night and 2:00am on Friday night with kids screaming, music, etc. The master bed is as hard as a rock and the linens are of the poorest quality. It was impossible to sleep-- even after being up for 20 hours at a time and fishing offshore. I reserved the unit for 3 nights but left the unit in the middle of the second night and packed out a day early.

We are very sorry to hear about this guest's concerns with their stay. The pool is closed at 11, and had we been notified of the noise, we would have addressed it. The mattress is only about 6 months old and in good shape. Thank you!

Pros: Close to the beach Unit is right next to the pool Cons: There is a gate on the back porch which would be a great spot to come in and out from the beach. Unfortunately it's padlocks and we did not have access. There is NO laundry on the premises (despite the listing stating otherwise). I wouldn't have picked this listing if I knew that. I have three kiddos. I ended up going to a laundromat before we came home. My husband called vacasa and they said they would look into some kind of reimbursement. We never heard back so I called when I came home. Still nothing (3 weeks later). The apartment was clean. I was just really disappointed in these other pieces- and that would have impacted my choice on the front end.

Uncomfortable at SPI

Positive-Good location. Negatives- horrible parking availability, not assigned so good luck finding a place to park. Called towing but they never answered. Headboard in the 2nd bedroom isn’t attached to the bed-fell on my daughters head. Beds are uncomfortable. Roaches. No toilet paper roll holder in master bath. Old and nasty rug in master bath. None of the outlets seemed to work. And 1/2 the stove burners didn’t work either. The fridge was either too cold or too warm. The AC was not chilling when we arrived, but the technician went to check it pretty quickly and that was resolved. The living room sectional is old and did not stay together,

Second time here and still amazing

This is an amazing condo. We stayed last year and loved it so much, we wanted to stay in the same place again. This may become a yearly thing for our family. But only if we can stay in this particular condo. Everything was clean, it had everything we needed. Customer service was so helpful if we needed something. I would recommend 10 times over

Unit has issues

Hot water heater was leaking constantly,.slipped and fell. Outlets around unit are not working, both bathroom outlets did not work. Mexican family in 110 had a Mariachi Band in their back balcony area, the cops came to their unit around 1:30am for disturbing the peace, there were problems with parking, people couldn't park in their spots that had permits, cause 110 had a party of guests at their party taking up the spots. The cleanliness could have been way better, hair was a problem on the rugs in the bathroom, I'm a director of housekeeping for Hilton, I would not have tolerated the low quality of cleaning under my inspection at my property.

Great place to stay, close to the beach and surrounding shops. The negative aspect is that there is not enough parking spaces for all the units so it's first come first serve. They need to fix this issue.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your visit. Our local team has reviewed these concerns extensively. No mold was found and the tiles were all found to be in good repair. The refrigerator is working well. The cookware was just fully replaced in November and was found to be in great condition. The rugs were washed prior to arrival and found to be clean after departure. The towels were dried by our housekeeping team, if there were any that weren't fully dry we apologize. Our guest service agents are available 24 hours a day and if any issues arise we encourage guests to let us know so that we can assist. We hope to impress you in the future.
