Memorable staycation

We had a great stay at this beach house, it was a short distance from beach, all the necessities were there and we had a perfect view of July 4th fireworks from the back of the house. The only thing we would change are the pillows, other than that, it's a perfect stay.

Great location

Super beach cottage home! 1 block from the beach, you can actually see the ocean from the front balcony. It’s terrific location in all. The property was super clean, well equipped, and on a nice street, with friendly neighbors.

Everything was great! The only thing that could be improved would be the quality of the mattresses. Other than that the location was super convenient and the property was well equipped and clean.

Perfect for BD beach getaway.

Easy walking distance to beach, tastefully decorated, great appliance. Beautiful updated (kitchen, bathroom, living room), comfortable, well supplied kitchen utensils and pots/pans for cooking and eating in. TV and access to favorite streaming services. Perfect for couple (us) and our golden retriever.

Celebrating birthdays near the water. Nice views of the bay and gulf. Friendly people everywhere we went! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch or on the couch watching TV. Having a washer and dryer was a HUGE plus!

My mother and I had Mom, daughter vacation. She loved being so close to the beach. We were able to bring our small dogs. Very safe. Fully furnished kitchen. Wanna wanna so close. Umbrella and chair rentals were awesome! The house even had a kennel! We would come back to this house in a heartbeat!

Family getaway 2 adults 1 child 1 maltipoo

This place was better than any other VRBO rental I’ve ever used. The others were good but this one was great! The house is a couple of walking minutes away from the beach, wanna wanna bar, burgerfi, and even a thrift store! We did not want to leave. I will definitely return. The entire process was smooth. The VRBO website itself was having technical difficulties but I was able to reach the owner and all was great from that point forward. The neighborhood felt safe and the house has so many amenities. My favorite part was the dual shower heads! No tub but I prefer taking showers 😊

The house was clean on the inside. The pictures are accurate representation of the property with one difference: the exterior definitely needs scraping and painting. The yard was mowed, but that was it. There was trash left in the backyard. There were dead plants as well. Also, when you look at the surrounding neighborhood, it is clear that the property is a rental—the other houses had paved driveways. This property’s driveway is gravel, and is in need of more gravel. The towels and bed linens were thin and worn. For the price, I expected higher quality products. The rate is way too much for the quality. The agent was responsive to the issues we did have.

Weekend Getaway

This is a very cute house- so close to a beach access. Extra beach towels are a nice touch. Could use minor updates like new pillows and/or mattresses; they are worn. Also, there was no soap for hands or shower. Not a huge issue but inconvenient.

Our stay

The property was wonderful and had nice touches around the home. Loved the guestbook and seeing what other people wrote. It accommodated my family traveling and we loved the kitchen and Murphy bed. Our family dog was able able to come too. They also help some amenities to use for the beach. Great host and wonderful stay
