We stayed here for my niece's bachlorette party the night before her wedding. Parker was very easy to communicate with and I found everything I needed in the kitchen to make a big breakfast the morning of the wedding for the bridal party.Somehow I got information on a different house in my welcome email, but it all worked out fine.I will say though, parking was rough. It is a one way narrow street with parralell parking. So be sure you can do that lol!! The neighbor helped my niece get her big SUV in there between my car and his without incident and gave us all a good laugh. All in all it was great experience and perfect for getting all dolled up.The house is beautiful and comfortable!

Great location

Great location to walk to Ball Ground downtown for coffee shop, shopping etc. House is very spacious with great kitchen and den area with plus comfy throw blankets to use while watching movies. Nice front and back porch as well.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. It was within walking distance to the city of Ball Ground, which was a lot of fun. Had coffee, places places to eat. We really enjoyed the accommodations. Very clean very comfortable beds. We could not have been happier.

Perfect retreat

We stayed in Ball Ground for a wedding and loved our stay at The Westchester. The home was a convenient walk to the Main Street and was just as depicted in the listing. Very clean, comfortable, great communication and easy check-in/check-out. Highly Recommend!

My Wife and I got married and needed a place to stay close to our venue. We were lucky to stumble upon this house. It was exactly as described and the owners were very kind throughout our communication. We definitely would recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Cute Cottage Near Downtown Ball Ground

The rental is very clean and cute! Downtown Ball Ground is a fun place with a cool vibe. Will definitely book this charming two bed and two bath again! Host is quick to respond, and all communication was easy and clear.

Outstanding house! Great to use as a hub - A GEM!

Check in was easy, no issues. The place was immaculate! Everything we needed was included for our 2 night stay for a wedding/reception we attended at the Wheeler House. The folder inside the home was very helpful. Friday eve was our rehearsal dinner/party at Rock Solid Brewing (so close we could have walked if it was warmer). Saturday it warmed up a bit, so we walked into town going with the hosts recommendation for lunch at The Burger Bus. AMAZING BURGER! A We walked around a lot of the shops and helped out the economy. The Wheeler House was a fun venue for a quaint wedding and reception. The beds were very comfy and we appreciated all the soaps & shampoo/cond in the shower, plus coffee/tea/sugars (just Iike a fancy hotel). If we are ever needed to stay in Ball Ground again, we will definitely stay at this place! Two parking spots out in front were helpful. Very quiet neighborhood.

Now I’m spoiled

The Westchester was even better than what the pictures show! The owner provided everything you could want and then some. The bungalow was very clean, comfortable, and modern with all high-end appliances. This was our first time using VRBO so I am definitely spoiled!!

Great spot near Ball Ground

We were in town for a wedding, so this was the perfect landing spot for the night. Home is immaculate, clean, and has every thing you may need for your stay. Super close to downtown Ball Ground which was a precious town. Also close to wineries, The Tate House, and Gibbs Gardens. Thai is not a negative at all, but the homes in this community are very close together so there isn’t a ton of privacy on the porches if that is what you are looking for. For us, we did not mind and thought the home was absolutely perfect! We would return if we were ever in the area again. One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in.

5 stars for clean, comfortable, and cute!!

This house is the perfect location for in and around Ball ground. Far enough away from the main road so you don’t hear traffic, but close enough to walk to dinner! This is the absolute cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. Stayed here twice now and will absolutely book again. Great job!
