Whether you are attending a wedding, visiting North Georgia for its scenic beauty and bountiful activities, or enjoying the walkability of Historic Downtown Ball Ground, you will love our 3 bedroom, 2 bath originally restored farmhouse, that we affectionately call, the 1910 House. Located central to everything Ball Ground has to offer, including delicious and unique food, shopping, and wedding venues.

The Space:
‘The 1910 House’ is beautifully updated while still keeping the charm from the year 1910. This space has everything you need for a relaxing time in or even a busy time out in the downtown area. Whether you like morning coffee on the porch or a cookout in the backyard, this is the perfect space for you. This is a one level ranch. No stairs inside. One small step to get from the sidewalk into the house.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire house, accessed through a private entrance by a unique code. Parking is free on the property.

The Neighborhood:
Home is walking distance to downtown Ball Ground (300 feet) and walking distance to two wedding venues.
