Welcome to our newly renovated Pepin lake house! The perfect place for a couples getaway, friends weekend, family vacation, and everything in between. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of Lake Pepin from the front window while sipping a cozy cup of coffee, or watch the sunset with a glass of wine around a bonfire, or relaxing in our prestine hot tub.The spacious dining room and kitchen are perfect for sharing a warm meal with loved ones, while the bar/living room promises a good time!

Loved the spaciousness and updates. It was just really tough to sleep with the trains rattling the house. The views were stellar and enjoyed the quaint town of Pepin.

Wedding weekend

Very clean, well stocked property. Check in and check out was easy. Hot tub was an added bonus however it was too hot outside to spend much time in it unfortunately. We were there for my nieces wedding at the winery so it was really close to the venue. I would recommend this place to others.

Nice location - plenty of room

The host was very fast to reply to all questions. The house was very clean and enough room to accommodate my family 8 adults and 2 infants. The views were spectacular, and the hot tub was an added bonus. Plenty of wood for the fire pit and very nice outdoor space to hang out. Marina was just down the street along with several restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful Christmas Getaway

The view of the river was beautiful and the set-up worked out great for our family of 5 adults for a Christmas getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub, watching the sun set over the river. The only negative is the train tracks across the street with lots of train activity through the night. But, the view of the river was worth it.

We booked this property for a few reasons. LocationThe location can't be beat. Although there are train tracks right across the street the view of Lake Pepin was fantastic. The reviews of the property mentioned the trains but they really did not bother us. We were walking distance to restaurants and bars. SizeThe property description was very accurate. We had seven adults in town for a wedding so we needed the four bedrooms and the two bathrooms with showers (to make getting ready for the wedding a breeze). There was plenty of room for the seven of us in the common living areas.AmenitiesHaving use of the hot tub and the fire pit with a great view of Lake Pepin really made it fun. A full kitchen with dining area provided plenty of space for some home cooked breakfasts and a separate bar area and TV room provided great opportunities for our group to gather and hang out. WiFi access was provided.Other attractionsWe were minutes from the Villa Bellezza Winery in Pepin and Township 23 Distillery (which had live music). RiverTime wine bar (with nightly live music) was a short walk away.Overall, we were very happy with this property and the hosts. They were very responsive to every request.

Four of us stayed for a few nights for a girl getaway. We really enjoyed the space. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 baths on the upper level. The main level has a very nice flow with more than enough space. We used the hot tub which was such a nice feature to enjoy! The weather was iffy the whole time however there is plenty to do and we did it all! Thank you! Lisa

Beautiful home

We had a girls weekend which was wonderful. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Never did use the hot tub but we did use the fireplace each night, which was wonderful! The house is in a great location however beware of the train that is right across the street. It does go by at times quite often but we made most of it :)

Our family had an excellent stay for our daughter’s wedding. I was impressed by the spaciousness of the house and excellent layout for meals and morning coffee. Very good communication with the host.
