The Paige is an updated 103 yr old cabin. It is family-friendly and dog-friendly; near all the great amenities in Pepin including Villa Belleza (only 0.5 mile away), The Homemade Cafe (one block away), Harbor View Cafe, The Pickle Factory, Lake Pepin, and Stockholm, WI. A great central location for all Lake Pepin area activities!

Our house is located within the small neighborhood of Pepin -- we are not located next to the marina -- however, we do have a large yard & outdoor firepit for hanging out. The house is conveniently located across the street from a park where little ones can run out some energy. You can also take a walk down the block to enjoy breakfast or lunch at the Homemade Cafe. Lake Pepin is a quick 8 min walk down the road, too!

The entire home and property are available for your use.
Please make sure to park in the driveway.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
The spacious upstairs bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable beds, cotton sheets, and an organic cotton duvet for your comfort. You are sure to enjoy a great night of sleep. Each bedroom offers reading lamps that provide the perfect place to curl up with a good book. You can also take advantage of the reading nook with your kids before putting them to bed.

The bathroom is located on the main floor. It is stocked with plenty of fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. To be clear, our cabin is over 100yrs old, so our stairs are a bit steeper. We do provide a sofa bed on the main floor if you are uncomfortable going up and down the stairs.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and basic pantry items needed to cook delicious meals during your stay. You will find a drip coffee machine, Fellow electric kettle, and Nespresso maker with a milk frother. We provide coffee beans, Nespresso pods, creamer & sugar -- fresh coffee coming your way each morning!

The kitchen opens up into the dining area where you’ll find a charming wooden dining table that comfortably seats six.

Sit back and relax in the cool comfort of the living room. Plenty of seating is available on the sofa and the chairs, making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. While hanging out in the living room you can:

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step out onto the front porch in the morning and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while relaxing in the bench swing and watching the quiet neighborhood wake up. Plan for the day ahead or simply sit back and watch the morning unfold.

Through the back door, you’ll find a lovely outdoor space with a dining table set for six and two tamarack chairs. There is also a firepit with plenty of chairs for all to hang out around a fire and share their favorite stories from the day. (Keep in mind that the yard is not fenced, so if you have children or dogs, make sure to keep an eye on them so they do not wander into other yards.)

This spacious home is in the perfect location for discovering Pepin! Ideally located in a residential neighborhood just 1/2 mile from Villa Belleza Winery and less than a mile from Lake Pepin. You can enjoy your own spacious environment while still being close to all the action.

Your safety matters. This property has a Blink camera with audio at both the front and rear entrance, this will be on at all times but don’t worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

Pet Policy
We are a dog-friendly cabin! There is a pet fee of $50. Please include it into your reservation so the fee is applied correctly.

Rental Agreement Required
All guests are required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This is standard for professionally managed properties and helps protect both guests and owners.

Security
To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with a Blink camera with audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The camera will be actively recording the main (rear) entrance to the cabin and the side of the cabin throughout the duration of your reservation. Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces.

Truvi Verification
Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification from Truvi. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit, buying a non-refundable damage waiver, or neither depending on your willingness to take on risk. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Early Check-In/Check-Out
If you request, we cannot guarantee until the day of. We can do our best, but we only have a single cleaner that takes care of the cabin between stays. If there is a same day flip, we most likely cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out (although we should we could!).
