Absolutely everything! The host thought of every amenity - we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was immaculate. We would highly recommend this property.

The kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment was excellent. Great place!! We went fishing and as always it was a blast. Very quiet clean place with all the modern amenities, lots of room, comfortable bed, amazing hi def tv, a tv in the bedroom, excellent bathroom with great water pressure( very modern ), very safe location and best of all an amazing host who communicated great and was super nice. I would recommend this host and location and we can't wait to go back!

We found the apartment clean and met our needs very well. The kitchen has a large window that should have a blind or curtain as you had to go through the kitchen at night to access the bathroom. A nightlight in the bathroom would also be helpful. Everything was stocked well, the owners have thought of most everything. Nice little restaurant within walking distance Would stay again if in the area

Great Place!

We spent a few days here because my husband ran the Presque Isle Marathon. It's a great place to stay, with all the basics you need. The area is quiet and conveniently located near where we needed to go. Communication was also quick and efficient.

My wife & I were very happy with the unit we stayed in. Check-in was a breeze. The place was very clean! It was very spacious for the 2 of us. There were 2 TVs, one in the bedroom & one in the living room. Bathroom was clean & spacious. Owner was so nice to provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of tp. In the kitchen, there was coffee, filters, quality pots, pans & silverware….The apartment was in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Very close proximity to Presque Isle. Lots of space to park vehicles. Oasis Restaurant is within walking distance from apartment. No complaints, only praise for the owners. Our only suggestion: curtain over the kitchen sink Thank you Gina for a wonderful stay!

Nice little spot

Very clean. Nice finishing touches. Nothing fancy but great value for the price. Just what we were looking for! Great location if you are looking to spend time at Presque Isle State park. Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

Close, Clean, and Cozy

Very nice unit. Fresh and clean and well supplied. Very close to Presque Isle with easy access on/off freeway. Quiet and comfortable with A/C to keep Cool.

Great stay.

The apartment was very clean and ready to be lived in. Had all kind of help about the place in a book on the coffee table. Also a folder of things to do and places to see. Everything was very local. Only a handful of miles to every where we went. We had a great time.

Family vacation

The property was everything that we could have wanted in a place to stay! The property owner was really helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner! We were close to Waldameer Park and Kelso beach.There was a great restaurant within walking distance of our apartment! There was a washer and dryer that were available for our use! I can’t recommend this place enough! It was a pleasure staying there!

Erie Eclipse

My Mom and I stayed at this adorable apartment to see the eclipse and its totality in Erie. What an amazing trip!! The apartment was clean and cute. Gina is a tremendous hostess even leaving us an eclipse themed welcome gift! The apartment is close to the beach, Presque Isle...anywhere you want to go is close. Presque Isle is a short walk away and a private beach is a half mile away. I highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect for 2 people

We stayed here for 3 nights and this little apt was perfect for 2 people. It was very clean and looked to be painted recently. It says it sleeps 4 but I think that would be a little crowded unless they were small children. The host responded right away when we had a question which was great. At first, I was surprised there was no dishwasher, but I don't go away to cook so washing a few coffee cups and a plate or two from heating up leftovers was not a big deal. It is only a few minutes to Presque Isle and maybe 15 to the Bayfront. It is situated in a nice little neighborhood, good for a walk. We walked to Kelso beach one morning which was a nice little walk but it is a pretty steep hill to walk back up but we made it! We stopped at the Oasis Tiki Bar, just a short walk from the apt, on our way back one evening and the food, service, and atmosphere was great. We thought we would take a walk there another evening but ran out of time. We would definitely stay here again.
