Very beautiful and clean! Spent the weekend there, the bed was very comfy and the place was very well stocked. Melody was very easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed our stay!

The property was very good, clean, and well maintained. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable and inviting, making our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Melody communicated every step of the way.

The newly remodeled unit was beautiful! The moment we walked in, we were able to relax. The unit was very clean and comfortable! The decor was lovely. The spa-like bathroom was a great surprise. Melody supplied coffee and treats. She was very responsive to our questions. There was a reserved off-street parking spot.

Beautiful place! Host has quite the eye for decoration. Fully appointed, elegant, cozy, very comfortable. Melody is an awesome host! Very helpful, fast communication. And she left a bowl of candy! Nice lit area for off-street parking. She has great recommendations for local restaurants. Loved this place! Would stay again

Before I even booked the property, Melody was very responsive to my questions. She was also very helpful as I had trouble seeing the property on my VRBO app once booked. All communications were respectful and prompt. As listed, it is newly remodled, very clean and comfortable. A perfect place for two people! We would consider this rental again when traveling to Erie.

The apartment was beautiful. Everything is new. However, it is not equipped for a full week stay. Probably an excellent option over a weekend or short stay. There is no bureau. We lived out of our suitcases. Not enough hangers. No safe place for bikes. Fortunately a very nice tenant allowed us to use his garage. There was only 1 ice cube tray; 1 storage container; no clear wrap or foil papers; no baggies. So you just don't cook unless you bring these for left overs. Lightening is very poor. Light bulb over dining room table was only a 25 watt. We went out and bought led lights so that we could read. However - Melody has EXCELLLENT taste in furniture ad color schemes. The king mattress was the best I have ever had to sleep on. She has a great touch with decorating and trying to make your comfortable. There is no porch to speak of. No grill. No place to sit outside. All of these questions I should have asked but I didn't. So my fault. I would recommend to anyone who wants more than just a hotel room for a short stay.

The place is comfortable and well kept. It is much better than a hotel. The neighborhood is quiet. Best place we have stayed in Erie. Will be back soon.

This apartment was so easy to locate, check in and was absolutely beautiful and cozy. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. And we where close to presque isle, the erie mall, and the zoo. We had an amazing stay and will come back every year!

Gorgeous reno, great neighborhood for walking

The photos show exactly how cute this place is! Super walkable to Tipsy Bean on Peach and the peaceful Erie Cemetery. Melody was ON IT with the timely responses.What the photos can't show, and why it's just 4 stars for us:A glaring streetlight shines right into the bedroom. Blackout blinds behind the curtains would be awesome.The next-door hospital has a helipad and it is LOUD. Earplugs are a must, unless you enjoy a rude awakening :)Lastly, the single portable AC was not quite powerful enough for us. The bedroom eventually became cool, but the living and kitchen area did not.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was well located to everything we wanted to do. We'll look it back up next time we're in Erie.

Perfect place if you are passing through

I stayed for one night on my way through NY with my dog. The apartment was very nice, newly renovated, clean and well stocked. There is a portable AC in the BR and sleeping was very comfortable. The rest of the apartment was on the warm side after a 90 degree day. To be expected. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The host was super responsive and very helpful. The only knock on it is that the neighborhood seems kind of sketchy so if you like sitting out on the porch or strolling around to see the sights, it may not be the best place. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The interior of the property was comfortable and well equipped. Cleanliness was very good. Few minor suggestions to receive an excellent rating, IMO:Advise potential renters that the neighborhood is not representative of the interior renovations and appointments; a full length mirror on the back of one of the bedroom doors; and a couple of additional K-cups for a second cup of coffee.
