Grand appartement de 3 chambres dans une belle maison en brique. L'emplacement idéal dans le quartier d'Erie's Boulevard Park vous permet d'accéder rapidement et facilement aux meilleures attractions d'Erie: Bayfront, I79, Presque Isle, le parc d'attractions Waldameer, le centre-ville et plus encore!

Propre et spacieux appartement de 1300 pieds carrés offre beaucoup d'espace pour votre groupe de voyage: lit king, lit queen et lits superposés peuvent accueillir 6 personnes. La salle à manger avec une grande table peut accueillir 6 personnes et une cuisine bien approvisionnée. A un bureau avec chaise de bureau.

L'espace récemment rénové conserve une grande partie des belles boiseries de cette maison des années 20. Située sur un boulevard calme bordé d’arbres, la rue reçoit peu de trafic, mais se trouve à proximité de l’autoroute, du bord de la baie, du centre-ville et plus encore.

Il s'agit de l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble de 2 appartements. Les clients ont un usage privé de l'appartement du premier étage.

Dans la salle de séjour avec télévision 50 ", les chaînes locales sont diffusées et vous permet de vous connecter à vos propres comptes NetFlix ou Hulu via WiFi. Une grande salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. Cuisine mise à jour a lave-vaisselle, élimination des ordures, four, cuisinière, réfrigérateur rempli avec des aliments pour le petit déjeuner, micro-ondes, grille-pain et cafetière.

A lovely home and stress free stay. Located in an ideal part of town in a lovely safe neighborhood, this historical feeling home immediately feels warm and inviting. We loved the easy access to all the areas we wanted to see, the ample selection of food and delivery options to the home, and the sparkling clean attention to detail throughout the place that made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. Host was welcoming and communicated well, we felt confident should we have any questions or concerns, he would be available without hesitation. This is the perfect affordable home away from home for your next family lake Erie getaway!

The house is older, but has the most beautiful woodwork as soon as you enter the house and around the fireplace. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked if you want to cook. Breakfast items were provided but we didn’t partake. Had to be up and somewhere to be early. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Erie. The Host was great to work with.

Very comfortable and spacious

This was an ideal place for our family to stay while visiting Erie for the holidays. Our small child had their own room, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. Check in/out was easy and very simple to contact owner.

This was the perfect stay for our beach weekend! The rental was close to everything, cute and clean. Robert was ver communicative and had some breakfast items stocked for us in the fridge and freezer, which was such a thoughtful touch! My only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, as sound travels pretty well and we could hear some of the comings and goings of the upstairs neighbors.Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host’s communication was fantastic, making everything smooth from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment itself was spotless upon arrival. Everything we needed was easy to access, from the kitchen and TV to the entrance of the unit. It was clear that the host put great care into making the space welcoming and convenient. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Nice apartment, located near Presque Isle

The apartment was very clean and perfect for our stay with family to do some fun things near Presque Isle and also do a vineyard tour in the area. Easy access to apartment, thoughtful stocking of eggs, milk and cereal for us too! Highly recommend in in Erie area.

Great place to stay when in Erie

This older home has 2 apartments. We stayed in the lower level. It was large, clean & comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communication with the host was great. There were additional nice touches like some food left for us. The location was great-A quick drive to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was bigger than expected. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and the host supplies most everything you need making for an easy pack. There is a apartment upstairs which you can hear footsteps quite clearly, especially when shoes are on. Other than that, it was excellent and we'll be back!.

This house had such character & is tastefully done. It is located in a quiet neighborhood & is convenient to Presque Isle. It is as very clean. The host had great communication. Not only was the apartment exactly as described but the pictures actually don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful place to stay with more than ample room for several people. It was super cozy and had everything we could’ve needed: coffee with sugar and creamer, a stocked fridge and freezer with breakfast and dinner foods, toiletries and towels and linens, plenty of cookware and appliances and possibly my favorite, an entire spice rack! This place was great to stay in with my partner and friends and would also make a lovely getaway for a family, equipped with a little baby seat and plenty of room for everyone. It was clean and easy to get to and in a safe area. Check in was easy and the host was incredibly kind. It snowed several inches while we were there and they were quick to shovel out the stairs and walkways as well as the driveway for us. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Great family weekend for Grandparents, Parents, and Children

We found this property to be an exceptional value as we stayed with our son, his wife, and their children (5 and 7). The kids enjoyed the toys and games there during our downtimes at the house and the waffles in the freezer. We loved the proximity to Presque Isle and the Arboretum. We enjoyed walking to the Arboretum from the house. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer to see more of what Erie has to offer. We will be back someday!

Nice Place to Stay in Erie!

We had to come to Erie for a family gathering and wanted to avoid getting a hotel. This apartment just happened to be perfect for us! The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment was very warm and cozy. The bed was firm, but that is definitely what we were looking for! There was only two of us, but definitely room for 6! The owner checked on us and notified us about checking in and out. He was very accommodating to us, allowing us to check in earlier since we had gotten into town earlier. I would highly recommend this apartment!
