The property caters to all guests, offering dockage for vessels up to 50ft.,stunning views from all bedrooms, wifi, two full kitchens,spacious entertaining areas, and a prime location. The adjoining villas are the perfect place to bring your large group of guests, while still providing the option of privacy. Each villa has two king bedrooms (total of 4) with private bathrooms and loft spaces accessible by ladder in the hallway. Our two loft spaces are perfect for children , teens,or last minute guests. Each loftoffers two queen beds with outlets on all walls and a mini-split ac unit. The main living spaces have two full kitchens, as well as two family rooms that can be separated by a connecting door or enjoyed together. The private dock is located in the Hope Town harbor, a brief walk from the property (approximately 200ft). The photo shows a 31' Jupiter docked in the slip.
