Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries, household essentials and desired meals. Walmart located 7 miles from the resort and a Publix grocery market within 2 miles.

STARTER SUPPLIES:

We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes :

one small bottle of liquid dish soap

two trash bags per trash can
one small bottom of shampoo & conditioner
one small bar of soap
one small bottom of body wash
one toilet roll in each bathroom

Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. (Walmart - 7Miles, Publix - 2 miles)

HOUSEKEEPING:

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL:

Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

GUESTS ACCESS:

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves.
They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their Office,

HOUSE RULES:

• Must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
• No parties or events.
• No pets.
• No smoking, no vaping, no Marijuana inside the house. A $250 fine will be applied.
• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.
• We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

PARKING Rules:

DON'T parking on the Street or Grass. Only can park in the garage(if has room), on the drive way or lined parking spots. 5 Cars Max. Per Home Allowed by the Resort .It's not allowed to park buses, trucks, trailers, and car trailers. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing, then you will be charged $500 from the community. You can find an announcement of Community rules in the kitchen.

CHECK in & out

• Check in: 4pm. Early Check In is possible. Please, contact us on the arrival date to check the availability. In case you would like to guarantee an early check in, we recommend booking the day before your arrival if the house is available.

• Checkout: 10am. The latest checkout allowed is 11am, under a $50 fee, charged by the cleaning company. If you plan to leave from 10am to 11am, contact us to add the late checkout fee to your reservation. Guests that stay after 10am without informing us beforehand will also pay the $50 fee. No guests are allowed to stay past 11am, because the cleaning company needs adequate time to clean the house before the following guest checks in at 4pm.

EXTRA FEES:

• BBQ Grill has extra fee.
This fee would include propane for the grill , And ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout.

• Pool heating with an additional Fee.
(It has to be for the entire stay or minimum 4 days if you stay more than a week)
(Must be requested at least 24 hours in Advance)

Disclaimer:

No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.

Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.
