Lake Trip

Had a great time. The boat house was nice to store jet skis in. Plenty of room for the kids. Play room was a plus!

Great Getaway

This was a great place to stay for two families in town for a few days. Perfect location on the lake and so close to the beach.

Having access to the boat house as a launch point to kayak the Siltcoos water trail is unbeatable. Not having to haul all your own kayaks is particularly priceless: the house came with several. The house is situated with easy access to the river entrance. The kitchen was well stocked and there are panoramic views of the lake from the deck. The string ring game was a group favorite.

Rooms with a view

Great Space for family! Family room with pool table , arcade games, , dart boatd , air hockey, corn hole. My adult kids had a great time. The view of the lake was fantastic. Centrally located to dunes, lakes ans ocean.

Great spot!

Super fun property to stay at. We rented a pontoon from Darlings marina and it was great to have the dock as a base camp. Lots of fun games in the basement and plenty of beds in the house for everyone.

Beuatiful Home in a Great Location

We gathered here for a birthday party weekend and had a great time. The garage is a great setup for a separate recreation area. The view of the lake is nice. There was plenty of parking around back. Overall we were all really happy with our stay here and would happily stay again.

Very nice house. Only "problem" was that some of the floor plan required some visitors to walk through the bedrooms of others to access the bathroom - a little awkward.

Beautiful view!

We spent a week celebrating our son's graduation and spend time with grandparents. We had an amazing time and the view is absolutely amazing. The upstairs bunk beds may not have been our best option as we could have used 2 adult rooms on main floor, but it all worked out and we had an amazing time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Lots of space

The house was beautiful. Neighbors are close, but was not an issue. As discussed with owner, the downstairs was significantly colder than upstairs. We could not stay in the downstairs room. We would love to come back in summer, the views are remarkabke.

Fabulous spot for families with teens!

What a great spot! I was accompanied by teens ranging from 14-19, and we all had such a great time
 we enjoyed taking the kayaks on the lake, playing pool and air hockey in the game room, and exploring the nearby dunes on foot and by ATV. Florence is a quick drive away with lots of good restaurants and shops so there was always plenty to do. The house itself was great with a fenced yard for our dog and a wrap-around porch with nice views. The rooster nearby crowed now and then, but didn’t wake any of us up. (We did use the sound machines and that seemed to do the job.) Thanks for sharing this lovely spot with us; we would certainly enjoy staying there again!

Beware of Chickens

We had a nice week vacation on the Oregon coast. The house is big and nice with a big kitchen and living room. Big yard and hang out area in the garage with a pool table. Enough room for 9 people to have fun and relax. The kayaks were a lot of fun! There are a lot of stairs leading down to the private deck and boathouse. The description of the kids room is a little deceiving. Not good for all adults. There is no separate entrance so it’s essentially one big room with a queen and twin beds separated by a small door with a curtain, no door. The beds are all pretty small. The biggest complaint are the chickens next door with 2 roosters that will wake you up at 5 am everyday. They are not contained and roam the streets as well. We enjoyed the wrap around deck and bbq. All in all we had a great time.
