New vacation home rental. Stunning, spacious riverfront home with a private dock and river beach. Amazing views from nearly every room. Southwest exposure provides shelter from the summer winds. BBQ, jacuzzi in master bath, pool table etc. will complete your vacation. A short walk to Old Town via the river beach or road will take you to many fun shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. If you have paddle boards, kayaks or a boat it's an easy float either to Old Town, to the ocean, or across the river to the dunes and trails. Two kayaks are provided for use while you're here. Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional housekeeper after each stay. Seriously, a bit of paradise. You won’t be disappointed! Five Queen beds, one King,, and a Twin upper bunk. Two and a half baths.

The house was such a beautiful place to gather with our family. The view of the river were amazing. It was also fun to go kayaking with the provided house kayaks. The house was stocked with toiletries and plenty of linens and towels. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future coastal visits.

We had a wonderful stay at this riverfront home in Florence. The location was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, scenic, and right on the water, which made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The home was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with everything we needed for a great stay.We loved the quiet setting while still being close enough to town, and local restaurants. It was the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. This place is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy nature, and spend quality time together.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the Florence area.

One of the best placeses to stay in Florence. I love.that.the owners keep upgrading the house and amenaties every year it gets better. Time for a new tv though, but with that view you dont need a tv.

This is a really lovely home in a gorgeous location. Another guest has brought a dog at some point, we are allergic, and when we let the owners know they were super appreciative and apologetic. I hope to stay there again some time
