The house was great for our week stay in San Fransisco. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well equip. The kitchen was subpar. The kitchen was not equipped to cook a meal with ease. I recommend supplying fresh sponges, as the ones left under the sink were very old and pungent. I had to reach out the owner to unlock the thermostat on multiple occasions to be able to adjust the heat up and down. I recommend keeping it unlocked while people staying in your house.

Place was great for a girls-weekend away. A little far from restaurants, etc. But bus stop is right there so easy to take transportation.

Perfect Stay

Great location for a group. Plenty of beds. All basic items you would need. Spacious bathroom. Way better than a hotel. Perfect place for our family.

Great for us!

Stayed here as a base of opa pretty much. Not much around nightlife wise but was a solid vacation rental to sleep and do your basics in.

Perfect stay for our girls trip to San Francisco and then our cruise to Hawaii. Very clean and roomy. We even did some laundry. We were able to store leftovers in the fridge and then reheat them for breakfast in the microwave (someone mentioned there was no microwave, but there is now!). They let us drop off our luggage early and even helped us by moving it all into the aprtment for us - how nice is that?! Kenny and family were kind and wonderful hosts! Would highly recommend staying, and would definitly stay again. We were going to ride the bus, but we discovered the driverless cars and did those instead! San Fran is a fun city to visit, and we loved everthing about this rental!

Good place to stay

My group stayed here because we had a work in San Fran. The host were nice and even let us check in early. The place was safe and close to a lot of stuff. Theyre right near a couple bus stops too so it was easy to get around. Everything was clean and if we had any questions they responded quickly. Great place to stay and would again!

Nice house with no parking

The house was nice, stuffy but it was a basement so it wasn’t too bad. The neighborhood was ok right near the house but within a few blocks went downhill fast. The major downfall for us was lack of parking. The owner arranged one place for us to park not too far away but we had two cars and moving the other around with the crazy street sweeping schedule was a hassle. Not the owners fault but something to know if you have multiple cars. Overall a nice place and a good value.

Great San Francisco stay

Great find for a family trip to the city. Nicely located on the south side of the city, makes for easy travel to/ from the airport. Property was very clean, and very secure. This is a very safe place to stay, with multiple levels of security. The ability to double park made loading and unloading a car full of people very easy. On street parking can be a roll of the dice, but that’s the same all over the city. The house is VERY well equipped with everything you could need and more. Host was easy to contact with any questions we had. Check in/ out was a breeze! Getting to all the attractions of the city was very easy, whether you decide to drive as we did, or catch the bus from the near by stop. Definitely recommend this spot for your next trip to San Francisco!

This exchange was flawless. Everything was exactly as indicated. Host was communicative and friendly. Place is about twenty minutes from business district downtown. Five stars.

Excellent! An easy, worry-free stay...

More than met our needs. Listing was very accurate. SF's a small city, so it's a $20. Lyft to anywhere. Walk to the local convenience store (1.5 blocks) or local grocery (0.8). Close to everything. There's even a chocolate factory up the street. We got ambitious and walked to the Mission. There were some hills. Hosts were very nice and very responsive! We thought we left something and they responded right way. All new fixtures and furniture. Comfortable beds. Great, private outdoor space. Kitchen was adequately equipped with appliances, but bring your own food and spices. Will definitely book again if I'm bringing my family.

Great Crash Pad for a Busy Weekend

We didn't spend a lot of time in our Vrbo during our stay in San Francisco, as we were in town for a music festival, but it was a great spot to come back to after a long day of dancing. We had 9 total guests in the apartment and everyone was able to have a bed or sofa bed to sleep on without needing to utilize the air mattresses. Beds weren't the comfiest things we'd ever slept on but were definitely passable and there were plenty of linens and pillows in the hallway closet so everyone was comfortable. The limited resources in the kitchen were fine for us to heat up some leftovers at the end of the day, we didn't need to do any cooking. The bathrooms were big enough for a number of us to get ready at once, and the showers were nice and clean, although bring your own conditioner if you need it as there was only shampoo and body wash included. The lockbox / door code was great as we were all coming in at different times so there wasn't any coordination needed with the key. Neighborhood is nice, mostly quiet, and there were some local shops and cafes within walking distance, but also was a cheap Uber to other parts of the city. We would stay here again! Thank you for having us.

Great Apartment, good VFM

The apartment was very good value for money in comparison to a lot of others that VRBO had to offer for our needs in SF. Despite being away from the centre, we found the public transport excellent (along with Google Maps) - there were bus stops pretty much right outside the door. The apartment was incredibly clean and very well equipped, however it was lacking a safe, mirrors in other areas than the bathrooms and places to hang towels to dry having been used.

Nice little place

I stayed here with my dad, my brother, and his friend. The place was very clean, and had everything we needed. Count on not being able to park on the street in the evening, but Kenny happily reserved us a spot about a block away. This place is going to be hard to beat for the price, and has a nice, gated doorway to help you feel secure. If i had a complaint, it is that there is no microwave, but there is a toaster oven which we made work. I thought the pictures looked nice, and it looked even nicer in person. Thanks Kenny!

As advertised

Stayed at the property for a last minute work conference in DT San Francisco. Property was clean and as described in listing. Host was good to communicate with. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but you must keep in mind that you're in SF proper. Would stay here again.
